Dave & Buster's Colorado Springs

We are huge D&B fans and this was our first time at this location. The games and game staff were wonderful, but the restaurant was a different story. We checked in and got our confirmation text and 45 minutes later went to ask where we were in line, we had mysteriously been dropped from the waitlist. No worries, we got sat right away. It took about 10 minutes for a server to come over and we ordered our food and drinks (just water). The server never brought waters. After 25 minutes they brought out my daughter’s food and I asked again for water, which the runner brought out. Our kiddo was done with her food and they still hadn’t brought ours. By the time our food came out we just asked for it to go. Definite one of the most frustrating experiences and I don’t think I would ever come back to eat at this location.

I went here for lunch and almost an hour and a half later still didn't get the one order of wings and one burger. This establishment is only tolerable drunk.

I would give 0 stars for service and atmosphere if I could. We got a new server which we tried to be very patient with. It took an hour and a half for us to receive our food and drinks. It took another 15 minutes for us to get our tickets and it wasn’t even busy out. It’s a Monday night. We spoke to the manager and the manager has nothing positive to say and actually spent a bunch of time arguing with us, I will never return here. So disappointing.

Games are ok. The reason we visit is for the food and associated service. Options are abundant and food has always been flavorful. Whether sitting at the bar or table, our service has been a 10/10.

Our experience was interesting. We had purchased the eat, drink, and play for $19.99 for 4 people online because you receive an extra 25% in chips for games. Once we arrived at the restaurant, we were grateful to be seated right away for as busy as it appeared. Our server was pleasant and informed us that the online deal is a complex issue that management was working to resolve and that our checkout process could be quite lengthy. They were also not sure how to obtain the extra 25% chips on the cards either. I don't think this is much of a store issue but more so a corporate issue as they treat this deal more like a coupon. Our food arrived quickly and delicious per usual! Our waiter was pretty awesome and provided the kiddos with unlimited video game play time for all of the inconveniences.

Hosted a party here and Carlos and his team were fantastic! The food came out hot, the staff was attentive, and of course the games and trivia were a blast!! We’ll definitely be back.
