Ordered food online, but I had to wait additional 5 minutes past the pickup time. Both food entrees were barely warm and they taste worse than a TV dinner. Worst Margherita pizza ever! It was cold and overloaded with cottage cheese! Also, you must pass on their Barbacoa Quesadilla; it barely had shredded beef and the tortilla was almost burnt. I expected the food to be hot and; especially if I show up waiting for them to bag it within 5 minutes pass the pick-up time. And they forgot to include my utensils and napkins that was in the additional instructions. SMH

I visited a few days ago and I am so annoyed with the management. A while back there was a young lady in the ticket exchange counter (probably a few months ago), she had long brown hair and glasses.Well I had asked if she was working due to the other woman With straight black hair being very rude to me. She said and I quote "she is not a worker here due to her running her mouth" I am unbelievably appalled with this lady's attitude. I spoke to the manager about this and he said he would speak to her but all I see was them laughing about it. When we visited back in January my son lost a toy from the claw machine and the nice young lady won him TWO new ones with her OWN money. We came back while visiting family just because of her, if left I know why but if she was fired then you need to get her back. Whoever that rude lady was, I hope you aren't there long. Game guys were nice to but not the same way as our last visit. I suggest reaching out to get that employee back, we will not be returning for a few months until our next family visit but I’m not sure if we should try Dave and busters again. (My wife says the rude lady also refused to give her name and covered her tag) she had black hair, not skinny, hair up but kept taking it down. We heard her talking about sex and how much she drinks with her manager I think name was Nadir. Whoever the claw machine young lady was, please return to this establishment she gave you a great reputation for our kids.

Went for dinner with the wife and kid. Food was good, the drinks were strong, and the waiter was very friendly and attentive. But most importantly, I remain undefeated in Mario Kart. Anyone feeling froggy when I'm there, can come battle it out for 2nd place.Parking: Tell others about parking!?...ok...Don't park like an A-hole!Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendliness!? It's a childrens gateway casino to a life-long gambling addiction. I'm surprised they're not handing out free milkshakes and candy while the kids are sitting down at the slot machines. Lol. Well, my mother and my grandma wanted a meat served meal, and they didn't have meat so they ordered something else but they didn't have meat for that. And the waiter gave us our food but didn't pass it out to the right people, she just set it there for us to see who's is who's. And at the end my mom wrote on the table 'this place sucks' and the manager said 'you defaced our property' or whatever, but the meaning of defaced is ruining the thing to the point where you can not fix it, and she wrote it in ketchup, the table is just fine, so really over dramatic. I recommend not going there and go to the other Dave & Buster's.

We used to be some of their only weekday customers but I will not go back. Last week we visited and they told us everything was 50% off if we had the app which we do and we said that’s awesome we’ll do that. We asked for the check and my husband just put his card in the reader and after we were brought the check and I was like how much? And it was 2x what I was expecting for 50% off. I asked the server and he said sorry he forgot and then asked the manager to fix it but he said no and didn’t come talk to us. The food is usually not very good and the games are expensive. They also tell you to download the app and buy tickets and you’ll get tickets but you don’t actually get them I have had friends tricked by this too. I reached out to corporate and I have not heard backI reached out to the link provided and no response
