Went in for breakfast burritos and there was only one lady behind the counter. Which is fine. But she made the burritos after 8 minutes or so and wouldn't give them to me or look at me, or speak to me. Don't know why, but another lady came in and me if I've been waiting long. The two women spoke in Spanish for a little and laughed then gave me the burritos after I've been there for 15 minutes. It was strange, awkward, and a little humiliating.

October 25, 2025...Saturday evening, and ENTIRELY HAPPY that Del Taco is back in town...and VERY FINANCIALLY HEALTHY...and this store, on far N. Academy Blvd and nearby Kelly Johnson Blvd is my fave..grabbed one of my signature bean & cheese burritos with EXTRA EXTRA GREEN SAUCE, and two Del Taco tacos...SUPERB! I Have heard so many people are VERY glad to see Del Taco back and personally, I think they're going to give next door Chick-fil-A some competition even though we're talking apples and oranges😝😝😝 but I'll be back to see my fave Del Taco! To the girl that had to go at 11:36 p.m. and that was very unprofessional on the date of October 10th 2025 saying OMG as we pulled up and when we ordered our food that comment wasn’t necessary nor was all the laughing and the additional comments not necessary you my friend don’t need to be working in customer service especially in a job that is open until 2am now I could understand if I came 10 mins before closing but I didn’t so maybe next time don’t be rude and don’t laugh and make comments on how some people are big backs when I’m ordering for my family of 6 cause we jus got out of the hospital I will be taking this more higher to HR the unprofessionalism here is crazy! Never in my life would I act like a child when I had a customer.

I had accidentally placed an order at another location that had an almost identical address to this one. I joined the drive thru line and after waiting a long time I finally got to the speaker and let them know that I had a mobile order. They told me that they didn’t see my name in the system and told me I was probably at the wrong location. They didn’t even ask what was in my order or offer to make my order at this location. I was stuck in the drive thru behind someone else for at least 15 minutes and this was happening during my work break.

Fries where not in the frier long enough. Chicken quesadilla barely had any chicken in it. The steak street taco was not made correctly. I paid extra for salsa was barely any in only one taco. Had to remind them to get my drinks. This was an online order. Will not be back.

Food is usually pretty good but they need to update their online menu. It's old and outdated. And I like that they open earlier than others. Sometimes you just want a burrito for breakfast

I don’t go to Del taco often but I had a coupon for buy one get one free crispy chicken taco and I haven’t eaten all day so I thought, why not? I know they were closed for a while so it’s great to see them back up and running.I followed the instructions on the app to do the coupon and when the app was scanned it didn’t go through. She told me it was only for Wednesdays and I showed her on my phone that it clearly was a different deal and that it definitely should apply and I pushed all of the right things. She told me “I don’t know I don’t control the app“ and then asked me for the full retail amount. It’s obviously a system glitch because I even showed her the details in the app, but she didn’t seem to have any interest in helping me out and actually appeared annoyed that I would even ask. I decided just to pay the retail and takeoff and I didn’t even get the crispy chicken tacos I got grilled chicken tacos, which are a little more reminiscence of cat food, which is why I don’t order them. Not expecting high-quality food or service from Del taco but decency and at least the correct food would be great!

wish i could give it a zero. my boyfriend and i ordered food through delivery and i watched him pull out a long disgusting black hair cooked into his quesadilla. yall just shut down for awhile you would think your comeback would be better. gross.
