Ordered 3 del tacos and a Carne asada guacamole epic burrito only to get to work on my lunch to all three tacos crushed and the Buritto wasn't nothing but French fries old gross meat and Bacon cheese and nothing else.. wtf man.

First time at a Del Taco ever. Only went because of the USA Today poll showing it took #1.
The food was okay, if it's fresher than Taco Bell then I wouldn't know, however it tasted just the same. The Carne Asada street Taco was actually good, I do appreciate that. And any place that has Blue Powerade is automatically better than one without, very happy about that. The Dragon fruit Lemonade thing was amazing though, very happy with that.
The employee taking my order was a very nice gentleman, so no complaints there :)
Overall mediocre, nothing to rave about (except that drink) but nothing to complain about.

I ordered in the drive thru, it took 20 minutes to get to the window with only 1 car in front of me. Then the cashier (who said my order wrong) handled money and the dirty window with the same gloves he used to make my food. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PLEASE AVOID!!!

Please retrain employees in packaging food. Coworkers' food was spilling from an upside down chili fries. There was also some cat hair, black and white, to be specific. My burrito was fine but she's not very happy.

Went the other night after work. There was one other car other than myself in the drive through and my visit took over an hour, but this seems pretty standard for this shopping center. Bean burritos dry as sand but I'm assuming this is a corporate or supply chain issue, rather than a staffing issue. Despite the wait, the staff was very nice. I can only assume the issue is poor management. Will probably go to Taco Bell next time.

8020 N. Academy is the place to eat ?. Your food is served warm and it doesn't hurt your tummy after eating because they actually take their time cooking it and it's fresh.
8020 N Academy Location its the best location to eat. Their food is always ? prepared perfectly and always warm and just right. Great Job. We tried other locations and this is our favorite. Keep up the good work.

Save yourself the trouble and do not patronize this location. Service is crap and if there is a problem with your order, they don't care and won't do anything to correct the issue. Besides, there is something broken here everything I come in. Last week was the register at the counter, and this week, it is the men's room.
