Great bread, baked locally in Colorado Springs.
I ordered a duck al pastor and it came with almost nothing, no avocado and no onion either. They need to improve their service!! That is not an al pastor dish and even less a decent amount for the price!!!
I was able to buy bread from here and it was extremely delicious! Way better than any store bought bread. Thank you!

This place is AMAZING! We have been getting our bread here for almost two months. The bread is always fresh, soft, and just perfect. The owner is very humble and nice. Communication is great. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Solsage Food Truck uses all bread products fresh from Delicias Bakery each week! We frequently receive compliments on our awesome rolls and buns and will continue to use Delicias for all of our bread needs! The Pan Sobao is DELICIOUS.

From their Black Peppercorn hamburger buns to their French Baguettes, their bread is some of the best! We use their Marble Rye, thick cut White Bread, Buns & Baguettes at Burrowing Owl & we are proud to serve it!
Your delivery driver is horrible to say the least. He cut off both myself and another vehicle only to pull up behind him at the next light. Is delivering baked goods really with the safety of others?
