Notorious for overcharging customers and there is no recourse. You can't contact the venue where the concert took place and there is no contact information to reference a charge at the concert. I have talked to multiple people who have been double charged and when we contact the venue, we are told there is nothing we can do. They can just charge what they want and you find out a week or so after the event. This needs to change!!!
