I think this place is super delicious my father came all the way from Puerto Rico and had their ribs and he thought they were extremely delicious!!!

I feel like I’m complaining which I am.. asked for lean brisket and the girl with all of the Piercings gave me basically a lump of fat this photo is just one piece too!

Ordered a 3 meat plate. Got home it has 1 rib 2 slices of brisket and not even pulled pork to cover a single bun.
Fries had about 5 in a bag
Sad really guess they are struggling.
Cost way to much for pathetic portions and quality is no better

It was wonderfully delicious. nothing was dry. Everything was cooked to perfection.

Service is good, food is okay. I would’ve preferred for the cheese to be melted on my spud, as I don’t like cold cheese; I ended up removing the cheese. Portions are huge! Good enough to share. Establishment is clean and friendly.

Ordered to go and it was totally wrong. They wouldn't answer the phone all evening and so that shows me they don't read orders, don't care about customer service and don't bother to do the bare minimum.

brisket exhibited the same attributes as thick, dry cardboard sitting in the sun for 2-3 days... felt like it went bad... then was microwaved... absolutely unreal

My wife and son like Dickey's. So this is where I go for BBQ. Friendly people.

My husband and I always get the 3 meat plate. Shredded Pork, Brisket, and Ribs. Last night we got it to go, and when we got home noticed that there was only 1 Rib. There are always 2. The portions of Beef and Pork also seemed to be less. Called the store and they said that they have changed the portions. Very disappointing. We will not be going back.

The below is a copy from my Yelp review from November this year. I felt compelled to post it here as well after I noticed a sign prominently displayed at the register that says to scan the QR code and leave an 5 star Google review and receive a free bbq sandwich. If you’re curious why the Google ratings are so much higher than Yelp, it’s likely due to them buying 5 star Google reviews in exchange for free food. This seems like and abuse of the Google rating system which I will be reporting.

I’ve eaten at many Dickey’s all over the country. I absolutely love many of their items. This was extremely disappointing. I should have checked out the reviews first. Not only is it the worse Dickey’s I’ve tried. It’s in the top three worse BBQ I’ve tried from across the country.

Me and my wife got a 3 meat plate. All the meats were between mildly warm and cold. The ribs were soggy like they’d been steamed off the bone. I’m convinced the jalapeno sausage was three days old and it was cold and discolored. I didn’t feel safe eating it. The burnt ends were nothing but fat. The brisket was ok but cold. Pulled pork was edible but that’s all I’ll say. We ended up throwing most of our $45 order away either due to it being inedible or feeling unsafe to eat due to temperature concerns.
