I ordered curbside pickup for my wife and I. When I arrived I parked in the curbside parking spot and called the number on their sign. The man who answered simply said "hello". He gave no indication that I had even called Dickies. I then proceeded to tell him my name and order number, he just said okay in response. I didn't know where to go from there as the only two words he had said in the conversation were hello and okay. He said nothing after I gave him the order number so I said do I come in or you bring it out. It was very awkward. He said most people come in. I then came into the store and he gave me my food with no greeting and I left. When we got in my wife and I both tried our food. It was awful. The ribs I got had a smattering of sauce on them. I requested no sauce. They also were overcooked and I couldn't eat all of it due to its toughness. My wife's food was inedible, her lemon pepper wings were overly salted to the point you couldn't eat them. They were so tough to the point that she could finish them. Overall the customer service was horrible. The food was even worse. For that price point I expected better. My wife and I will never be returning and I recommend you don't go in the first place. 10 thumbs down.

Great positive vibes I usually go to Cheyenne meadows store but was shopping with my girlfriend and we had a BBQ craving great food as usual but service next level special mention to Leroy he made us laugh and was extremely knowledgeable about BBQ reassured us that y'all had a smoke room rather then boiling and just made us feel important and we walked out of restaurant in a better mood

I would just like to say that Leroy the person who works on the food is very nice and helpful and has great customer service skills. His preparation of food service is great.

“General Manager” is a rude unprofessional sarcastic loser!!! We ordered 3- of the 3 meat plates. (ribs, sausage, brisket and ribs, brisket, chicken and chicken sausage chicken) on the one with double chicken he put less chicken than on the other one and when I asked cashier about it the manager yells “that’s right”. So my husband took both plates up and asked again and was told we were wrong that they go by weight. He really did not want to divulge how much via weight was supposed to be on plate. Then he handed us 2 to go boxes and said don’t like it get out and don’t come back. When told we would notify corporate he said to get out and not come back or he was calling police. Horrendous. We tried to quietly eat but everyone at the table kept getting dirty looks and employees making comments… not going to say my son stayed quiet. He said a few things I would prefer him not to say., but we tried very hard to eat and keep it to ourselves! As we left the manager, in front of new customers, started yelling at us telling us not to come back that he will call cops!!! Just to let you know we have been eating at this location almost once a week since it opened…. Never seen this man before. Never had such horrible service nor food! Will never go to this location again and will report him to his superiors!

I went to the store last night and had the worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant. The manager Isaac was rude and disrespectful from the very beginning. When I tried to use a coupon that the corporate office had texted me he told me that I could only use it when placing an online order and not in the store. When I asked him to show me where it said that in the coupon he told me that it was up to him if he would take it and not up to the corporate office and that he didn’t like how I was speaking to him and that I needed to get the hell out of his store.I will never go to another dickies restaurant ever again and neither should anyone else. I sent a complaint to the corporate office and no one ever contacted me about it.

Pit is right. After receiving some marketing from their corporate office via text I went to their store and placed an order for my wife and I only to be told by their manager Isaac that I wasn't allowed to use the promotion in the store. Like I was somehow magically going to get the food delivered through my phone. I asked him how I was supposed to know that and I showed him the text, which he said, I don't give a shit what you think, then told me to get the hell out of his store. It was the rudest I have ever been treated in my entire life. I will never eat at another Dickie's. I sent a complaint email into their corporate office and never even received a phone call or response from anyone.

Horrid 'service' by Issac (the supposed) new manager at the Interquest Parkway location. When I went to order, he was very abrupt, brief & rude, with no time for me to ask questions (my friends were behind me, otherwise, there were no other customers in line, & it was right after the place had just opened for the morning). I put in my order with him. My older friends that I was with, noticed his bad behavior, & stated that "He treated you badly", in taking my order. My order was incorrect, & Issac once again acted very put out in order to correct it. As I was doing business with the cashier, Issac abruptly interfered for no apparent reason, & I replied that I did not want to deal with him, because he confused me. He replied "YOU confuse me, HONEY!" I did not want to endure anymore rudeness & unpleasantness from him in asking for a water cup, so I did without a drink, even tho the meal was spicy. As we were seated at the table, Issac quietly put two coupons on the table, but he did not apologize, nor say anything. It was a very extremely disappointing & unpleasant encounter, & it was difficult to visit our friends & enjoy the meal after that. To be treated so poorly, it was definitely a waste of money & a waste of time with such unacceptable service.

Hideously slow service. Two of the three guys were clueless on how to do their job. It took 25 min to order one thing. Only 6 people in two parties were in front of us.

Not sure what happened here. Normally enjoy Dickies once in a blue moon, I unfortunately couldn't eat this. We ordered two 3 meat plates, with this one coming with this plastic in the meat as well as a hair entangled in as well. I dont know how they missed this. Unsure how to go about getting a refund on the plate, but would indeed like to receive one as it was $17. Dickies on Interquest, please reach out.

Phenomenal ? short menu for pit BBQ: your choice of beef, pork, chicken & more! Outstanding customer service ?? makes this an ideal place to enjoy smoked meats, savory sauces, and delicious sides! We ordered brisket, ribs, pulled pork & wings. Each one was better than the next! Portions are perfectly sized for hearty appetites -- and the manager was very helpful with suggestions to ensure 5 adults (who love BBQ!) had enough to savor.Rounding out our take-away meal was: amazing fried okra; yummy mustard dressing potatoe salad; perfectly seasoned cabbage slaw; baked beans; and fresh-baked rolls. Added three different BBQ Sauces to the order, and we drove home with a feast!!Gift ? cards available. Military discounts offered. Friendly ? environment. Enjoy!!

Sadly Dickey's isn't setting the standards for quality control and is consistently either hit or miss.I paid cash for the order so l figured there wasn't a issue with my payment they shouldn't be an issue with they're product, unfortunately that's not exactly what transpired. We sent back the majority of our food order. It was a professional embarrassment to the staff to pawn off what we received as food. If they wouldn't want to eat it, they shouldn't feel obligated to serve it to paying customers.Once the matter was brought to the attention of the manager it was quickly resolved. But l really felt that if the staff had any pride they wouldn't have tried to present disgusting garbage as quality food. While l love good BBQ, based on this visit I'm definitely not in love with Dickey's.

The most disappointing BBQ of my 45 years on God's green earth. The 4 of us were so excited about brisket & fried okra, which has always been good at other Dickey's locations. We arrived an hour before closing yesterday, after ordering 4 meals online. The tall guy by the cash register had all the money laid out on the front counter (not something I would recommend). He told us we would have to sit outside, because he had already cleaned the inside tables. That wasn't a big deal, even though it was a selfish thing to say an hour before close. We eagerly awaited our food. It was the worst brisket of my lifetime. Much of it was scraps I don't even give to my dog. None of it was the sliced brisket we ordered. We were given ultra dry scraps, unsliced chunks, and big globs of fat. Two orders of fried okra were so salty none of us could eat them. I didn't say anything because I already experienced their ridiculous, entitled, sloppy attitudes, but I will NEVER go back. They are way overpriced anyway.

UPDATE: Dickey's did respond to this review and gave us a refund. Well done and responsive! Thank you for taking care of us and making the situation right.==========================Absolutely the worst BBQ I've had, bar none. My wife and I ordered a 2-meat platter for each of us ($17 x 2). Mine is shown in the photo after I placed in on my plate at home. Look at the bone with some shards of meat that was supposed to be a Pork Rib! I did not touch the rib, the photo shows how Dickey's packaged it. To add more insult, the sliced brisket was dry and chewy. What a joke! I can't believe this outfit is still in business when it serves platers like this for $17. NOT a two-meat platter. Just some dry brisket slices and a bone ;-( My wife's 2-meat platter also had dried, chewy brisket and pulled pork, which was okay. In addition, the sides are served in small cups, but they didn't even bother to fill the tiny cups up. Guess that crew was saving all the good meat for themselves...LOL I want my money back. I've been robbed!!! (See update above) The iced tea and fried okra were the best parts of the meal. Regarding service, the kid at the counter did not have a clue as to what he was doing. We came in and told him we were there for a takeout order, gave our name and order number, but he couldn't locate the package. Perhaps he was new? Anyway, huge disappointment compared to our first visit where the manager was super friendly and helpful. Leason learned, DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT and DO NOT ORDER OFF THE APP OR WEBSITE. Just order at the counter and perhaps they will treat you right.
