Whichever location catered our neighborhood party today.
Plate was too chintzy.
Dished me a quarter disher portion.
Need to serve it better value.
Got a bite each of coleslaw, beans, mac n cheese. Maybe a tablespoon of each.
Could say it was free and don’t complain but I pay for this through my annual dues and not a good deal.
I asked for a better value in the line and the Dickey’s guy said ‘this is how it’s gonna be.’

Got the whole order wrong .my plate had no okra no Mac and cheese,my brisket was chopped instead of sliced.also did not get my brownie....never again!
Here's the thing. I knew the food would be underwhelming. It's corporate chain bbq, and it's 3 meat plate is the same price as all the other bbq spots here have a single. But even with this I was let down.
The (I assume) manager is rude and pushy, refusing to let me have time to look over the menu or give recommendations. Regardless of me being the only customer in the building my whole visit. Then rolled his eyes when I asked for the pickles and onions (that the board says comes with every meal) and gave me 2 pickle slices and one ring of onion.
I just accepted the loss and left with my underwhelming food. Now I'm wondering what type of business will take is place after this one fails.

Spit of the moment stop. Service was excellent. Store was crazy clean & of course smelled great! Food was delicious.
Had the Pork Ribs & Turkey and Briskett and potato salad. Also had Baked Beans and Green Beans. It was awesome.

Brisket is tender and delicious. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is clean.

We were there this evening with friends for my 82nd born day party. We are big fans of Dickey’s Giant Baked Potato Max, and are never disappointed. And free ice cream for dessert, like Duh?!?! Dickey’s deserves 6 stars ✨
