Kid-friendliness: Very friendly. Kids should be with parents or other adults. Kids are able to stand on a raised platform to watch area where pizzas are being made.

Ordered pizza and garlic bread at 330 and scheduled it for 545. Got there and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Yes Halloween is a busy night but people came in and ordered and got their food before we did. Garlic bread ended up being cold because they just had that sitting there waiting for the pizza to get done. Either they forgot our order or gave it to someone else. Either way no one tried to make anything right other than saying it'll take longer. Completely unacceptable when you pre order for a certain time for it to take what ended up being 30 extra minutes.

I used to love Dion's. It is similar to NJ pizza... not exactly but close.. The last 2 times I've eaten there, the pizza was soooo salty. I hate to say it but this was the last time I will have Dion's Pizza.

I ate at Dions with a friend today and it was a very nice experience. The people working were very polite and friendly

We ordered a pizza, meatballs, and cheesy bread. The pizza was made wrong and luckily, our Door Dash driver looked over the pizza before leaving and noticed it was made wrong. This added an additional 20 minutes. Our meatballs were cold and the cheese on the cheesy bread wasn’t even melted. I wish we had taken pictures, but unfortunately, we didn’t. We threw away the cheesy bread and the meatballs. We also discovered a long hair in our pizza and neither of us have hair that long, so out went the pizza too. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.

We are visiting Colorado and found your restaurant on Google. A young man, Nathaniel, greeted us immediately as we entered. We told him we were never here before and we asked questions about the menu. He was a genuinely kind, cheerful and helpful young man. He asked about our day and took our to go order. He offered us drinks and asked if we needed plates etc. He is definitely an asset to your company!! Also as we were entering the building another employee, who we assume was coming into work for his shift, purposely waited and held the door open for us. Such a thoughtful young man.

We love Dion’s and order from them a couple of times a month for dinner. The ranch is absolutely amazing! I decided to leave a review after a particularly great experience with their customer service.

We placed an order online, and when we arrived to pick it up, the manager informed us that they had made a mistake on one of the pizzas and were in the process of remaking it. Not only did they offer us the pizza they messed up on, but they also asked if we’d like something to drink while we waited. On top of that, they kept the pizzas that were ready in the warmer so they wouldn’t get cold while the other pizza was finishing.

When we got home, we noticed they added green peppers instead of black olives, which was totally fine—we still enjoyed it! The whole experience was handled so well, and we really appreciated their honesty. They could have easily just said the order wasn’t ready yet, but instead, they were upfront about the mistake and went above and beyond to make it right.

We’ll definitely continue coming to Dion’s, and I had to share how impressed we were with the customer service during our last visit.

Great pizza with green chili. The people behind the counter seemed overwhelmed, a lil spacey, the soda was awful. But the food was really good.

Every time I order a sub NO sauce NO mayo definitely NO mustard and I get home and it has EXTRA dressing on it! Threw it in the trash, deff WON'T be back anytime soon
