Costumer service has always been nice. Food on the other hand is always I mean always under sauced. I even ask for extra sauce on the pizza and get marinara on the side. The pizza is very dry just cheese and toppings. When we order the pasta some problem not enough sauce so we ask for extra and they add it on top after it’s baked so it’s not mixed in and not hot. One last thing we live 2.2 miles away and the app and automated system says we are out of the delivery zone. So I’m not receiving any points when I have to call in every time.

Every time we have to bypass the ridiculous phone system. We order two pizzas, they only ring in one, and one shows up. Then we have to call back again and ask for our second pizza.

First time getting delivery from this Dominos location and everything was PERFECT. Took about 18 Minutes from order to delivery, everything was hot and fresh and was absolutely delicious! Wish I took some pictures but it was all gone so fast. Keep up the fantastic work!

We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza for delivery. Per Google maps, our house is 10 minutes from this location. At exactly 11minutes after I submitted the order, they rang our doorbell. Pizza was cold, crust rubbery, and cheese was apparently melted at one time, but was a glob on the pizza. I highly suspect it was sitting in a shelf for a few hours before we got it. Horrible. And our $19 pizza ended up costing us nearly $40 with all the fees, taxes, delivery and tip. Last time I order from this location.

The employees are always so nice and careing! Clean and very respectful never had a problem with any orders, I give them 5 stars as being new and efficient! They take pride in thier jobs there having to weigh every ingredient to the specs given to them! Welcome to the neighborhood!

We ordered a pizza and cinnamon twists for delivery. They came nice and quickly but after we ate our pizza we realized the cinnamon twists didn't have any cinnamon and sugar, they were just bread. We drove to the store and asked for another order (they were long since cold at that point) and they just grabbed the old order and squeezed some cinnamon and sugar on them and handed them back...I guess I would understand more if they were super busy but they were all just standing around.

This is supposed to be a light sauce extra cheese normal bake medium hand tossed pizza; what I got is an almost burnt, extra well done, extra sauce and almost no cheese pizza. Won’t be back.

Unfortunately I regret even giving these guys a chance. After unsuccessfully trying to get an order in for 6 medium pizzas and receiving multiple error messages, I finally gave up and gave them a call. When I called the store I was routed to an automated system in which I attempted to have the system understand my order, which in itself was extremely frustrating and nearly impossible. Finally, once I got the system to understand my order I finalized it and proceeded with my address. Then, the system told me they couldn't proceed because we are out of their delivery area even though we are only 10 minutes away from that location. After that I was finally routed to the actual store to speak with someone. The employee automatically asked for my order when I told her their automated system just stated that we are out of their service area. She was having issues with her computer system but she looked up my address and said we were good to go. I ordered all the pizzas/bread which took awhile with the glitches in their system and finally paid. Between attempting online ordering to ordering with their employee I had already wasted about 45+ minutes of my time. The employee told me my order would arrive in 15-20 minutes and an hour and a half passed by with no pizza for my party. I never received a call or notification of a delay so we decided to call them back. The employee we spoke with this time seemed to have no idea of my order or anything and when he finally checked into it he explained it had been cancelled because we were out of their delivery area. I asked why we never received a call and never received an answer or explanation. They didn't even appear to refund me until I called to complain and see where my order was.Hopefully this was a fluke, but I will definitely not use them in the future.

Buffalo Chicken pizza was absolutely drowning in hot sauce. It went in the trash. Also, how hard is it to cut a pizza properly? They always come out looking like they were cut by a toddler and Re rarely even cut all the way through.

Have ordered from this new location twice. Both experiences in terms of the food were terrible. The first was so bad that I had to have them remake and redeliver my pizza. Half of my pizza was plain bread, no sauce, cheese, toppings-anything. To the point when I first opened the box I was so bewildered as to how they even sent it out thinking that that was okay.I regretfully decided to give them a try again because my daughter wanted pizza… literally had to spit out the bite I took. I don’t know what they have against using tomato sauce but they hardly use ANY. My pizza was essentially a a bland cheesy bread with barely any toppings on it.

Employees immediately denied Treasury Note Payment, "It's corPOrate pOlicy". The Pizza was satisfactory. Still had to re-slice the pizza with a personal pizza cutter. It is genuinely embarrassing for a BRAND-NEW franchise to have such low reviews regarding payment, food quality, and negative service. It is astonishing that a business that expects large quantity orders on the daily DOES NOT ACCEPT TREASURY NOTES EXCEEDING $50! The atmosphere also feels like one is walking into a fortified bank. Would not recommend Mobile Ordering, Dine-In, or Payment to this disgusting excuse for a Domino's Location. I guarantee an employee would accept a $50 or $100 Treasury Note Tip to their greasy corporate policy rear-end licking pockets.
