Took an hour to get my food. They let it sit for 40 minutes before it was out for delivery. Delivery took about 30 minutes to get to me. By the time my food reached me it was luke warm and disappointing. Pretty sure domino's has joined the rest of businesses and is participating in shrinkflation. It's insane to pay almost $40 for a shitty pizza and some cheesy bread. Then they had the audacity to offer me a 20% off coupon my next order for the shotty job they did. You actually think I'll be wasting my time ordering again just to be disappointed. 20% is nothing. Should have given me my money back.

Over the last seven years, I've ordered countless pizzas for pickup from this location in Delmonico Square, within the Rockrimmon area of North West Colorado Springs. This particular location is well managed and has an efficient staff of folks always busy attending walk-ins, while others are prepping their tasty pizza, and others are in and out for delivery. No matter how busy they are, they are always friendly, helpful, and fast. Without fail, I have been very happy with each order. I am a pizza aficionado who grew up eating NYC pizza and have a strong love for pizza. I've enjoyed pizza in Venice, Italy, in Mexico City, MX, in Pretoria , South Africa, among other international destinations. Pizza is my all time favorite treat. Dominos does a darn good job with their pizza and this location never fails to prepare the best tasting pizza. Highly recommended for a Friday night stay-at-home experience!

Staff has always been pleasant, but after ordering pizzas here on a number of occasions I can confidently say the amount of toppings applied are bare bones. I typically order the BBQ Chicken pizza and there is so little chicken that roughly 40% of the slices literally have little to no chicken on them.

This was the first time that I tried the thin crust because I normally like thin crust. Unfortunately, all I could taste was crust, and it was very dry. Thin crust does not mean thin pizza. Where was the cheese? Where was the sauce? Where was the pepperoni and veggies? The pizza was paper thin and super dry!!

The food and service at this location is great UNLESS it bothers you that they don't cut your pizza in to perfectly equal sized slices. The staff is always polite and fast.

NO PIZZA WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER
My pizzas have been bad for the last 6 or 7 months. Dough has been old/over/under proofed. Pizza tastes like the oven isent clean. The pizza is constantly under-sized and under-topped. It's not surprising to have your slices not be even or not even include a topping other than cheese. It's obvious the manager here does not care about quality. Contact me I'd love to help you with quality control.
