The food is great, but the employees not so much. I placed a pick up in store order and there was one guy busting his ass working, while the others were just standing around talking and making themselves “look busy”. My fiance went up and asked the guy busting his ass why everyone else wasn’t helping him and he said “I’ve tried to get them to help me but they just won’t”. They asked 5 times what the name was on the order, granted they were absolutley slammed, but that shows there is no communication in store. I give props to the guy busting his ass because it is not easy, while your coworkers are doing nothing. I’m not one to write reviews about places but I genuinley feel bad for the guy busting his ass while his coworkers are doing absolutley nothing. So maybe some more training is needed for those who act like they’re doing something when they’re really not. We waited an hour for our food which usually i wouldn’t be upset about when i work in customer service as well, but when there is one guy working and no one else is, it tends be a little frustrating.
Honestly, every time I use the drive thru window I always have to wait even when I’m running late on picking up my order. I’ve been using delivery lately to avoid the hassle of interacting with them with their poor commitment in communication. In the beginning, I’d tip rather nicely as it started off at 20% or a nice custom, then the delivery drivers would seriously ignore my “leave at door” request and would stand there and wait until I grab my pizza. As the months go by, the tip had been reduced everytime they neglected leaving it at the door. There had only been two drivers and it was some chick and Michael. Michael provoked the hot topic of why there wasn’t a tip and why did I sign without adding a tip. I stayed quiet and took my pizza. The customer service sucks and may be I should’ve told Michael the entirety of this thing, but his approach was more argumentative than curious. Maybe follow directions and the tip will be there.

The pizza I just picked up is a joke. I ordered black olives in addition to double mushrooms , I got neither. NEVER AGAIN>

Ordered to our hotel room, but wouldn't deliver to the room so had to run down to them with 3 kids in the room. They failed to deliver the parmesan bites we ordered. When I called back, I explained we didn't want them anymore because we were already eating, and didn't want them 30 minutes after we were done.... associate was immediately rude and refused refund saying I had to either take a replacement order (which I didn't want) or a store credit, which I didn't want because we don't live here! After him continuing to be a complete jerk I just said fine, can you please just bring them to the room so I don't have to leave the kids again. After not even being able to do this I told him forget it. Garbage customer service on all accounts. Knew I should have gone with the Hut.
Went to the door and two guys refused to even look our way. Had not idea they had a pick up window. No sign on the door or front of the store. Just a big bright sign saying open. Finally started to leave and then saw the side pick up window. Guy came brought the pizza and did not stick around for questions. Kind of rude but I guess this whole generation is. Seems like LARGE pizzas are getting smaller every year.
Great service! Love the colored chalk message board for affirmation and children's pictures.
I placed an order for delivery. It didn’t come so I called and talked to an employee and explained what happened. He did not want to help me and told me to go to the monument store and they don’t deliver to my address. I explained I lived 0.2 miles away. He began yelling at me and then he said just a minute and hung up. I have not ever been treated so disrespectful. I recommend to not use dominoes on Voyager.
I ordered from Anthony’s pizza. They were friendly.
Friendly people
Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the staff, and they were all super friendly.

delivery driver named Michael tried to intimidate me for not tipping. Very awkward and uncomfortable interaction.

My partner & I wanted some dominos on a Friday night. First, they couldn’t find our address. Then, when they delivered our food they didn’t even knock & was left at the door to get cold. On top of that, they forgot our drinks to go with the food & then quote on quote said their driver was already too far to deliver our drinks although we called 5 min within delivering our food. Super lazy & unprofessional. I recommend going for another store. Very dissatisfied with their service. That whole delivery took an hour smh

I ordered online ahead for a group coming over after a game. I ended up calling four times to change the order time and each time the person was gracious (I am so sorry). The pizza came at exactly the right time, delivered well and friendly, and it was delicious. Thank you so much for your customer service!

We order from this Dominos about twice a month. Consistently very good, though not perfect (no one is). We normally pick up. Toppings are their strong point in our experience…normally plenty and are fresh looking and tasting. The tracker in the app is very helpful. Once in a great while a delivered pizza is cold, hence the 4 stars.
