Horrible from the start! First you can’t order delivery from the Dominos App. Then we were on hold for 15 minutes. Finally get an order in and told 20-25 minutes for deliver . Over an hour later find out our driver had taken 3 orders to deliver and our food arrived cold. Pathetic excuse for decent or subpar service.

Corporate America has the franchise lying about delivery times because if it's late they get in trouble by the corporation. The tracker is absolutely useless because every store is lying so the numbers look better and I'm outside standing in the cold waiting for it for 10 minutes. It's 1 degree outside and it's not even the drivers fault
