Domino's Pizza

I’ve been ordering from Domino’s regularly this year, and overall, I’m really satisfied with the experience. The online ordering system is super easy to use, and I love how customizable the pizzas are. The delivery is usually fast—my food often arrives hot and fresh within 30 minutes.

The staff at my local store are always friendly and helpful, and I’ve had great experiences with customer service. One time, I had a minor issue with a missing dipping sauce, and they resolved it quickly with a credit for my next order.

The mix and match deal with a couple of pizzas and parmesan bites are my go-to favorites—absolutely delicious! I also appreciate the frequent deals and rewards points that make it affordable.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there have been occasional inconsistencies with toppings or crust doneness, but nothing major.

Would definitely recommend Domino’s for a quick, tasty, and reliable pizza night!

I’ve never gotten a pizza on time i just wait an hour till it’s cold and every time it sucks. I get a timeframe in the app and it’s at least 30minutes off. If you live on the west side just go to Boriello brothers. Product is better and so is service.

While visiting me for 4th of July my 16-year-old daughter really wanted Domino's Pizza. Now I will be honest I'm not a fan of Domino's Pizza but because my 16 year old loves it then I love it. The last time my daughter visited she begged me for Domino's but I did not want to make the purchase so she went home unhappy. This time I decided to be the loving mother and give in to my daughter. So I allowed her to make an order. I am a single mom with a ton of health issues. This year alone I had three strokes and one heart surgery so you can imagine I'm doing the best that I can. I wanted to vomit when I saw what the Domino's employee had done to my receipt. It was embarrassing and I can only imagine how this person treated and interacted with my child. So today we purchased approximately $55 worth of food and the tip was $4. I feel like this tips are voluntary people should be allowed to do what it is that they want in regards to that. I normally tip better but being a person that has had three strokes and a heart surgery this year I was out of work for 5 months and I'm just now barely getting back on my feet. I didn't think that me giving a $4 tip would be a big deal to someone else. I don't understand why a Domino's employees took the opportunity to insult me by writing a big words thanks and pointing an arrow at my tip like I'm some type of evil monster when I could have given no tip at all. But what angers me the most is I can't imagine how this person interacted with my kid at the door. Yes I have to be frugal right now yes I have to be cheap living in a trump economy. But I have never mistreated anyone else as a result of The world's problems.

Said 40 minute wait 1:45mins later I had to cancel because it had been sitting there done for over an hour and I’m only 5 blocks away I’d have walked down if they could have told me nobody was ever coming to deliver it.

Order a two pizza deal went through all the steps confirmed and then not what I picked up called the store and all they kept saying was they can’t hear it under stand me

Last several orders were either way late, wrong food, or cold and inedible without re-heating. Manager offerwd free food, how about good food and service instead. When paying for delivery, in fact they do charge for delivery, order should be at lease close to time, food hot, and correct. New management needed or competitor gets my business, I always tip well and good to drivers, if only managent gave a darn about getting things right, free food is not the answer, better managemt and better service is, at a minimum drop delivery free if you can't get it right! Maybe class action legal is the answer for charging and not getting it right.

I had the best batch of garlic knots from the Dominos on W Colorado Ave last night. Amazing! 😍

I have been coming through this location for 20 years couple times they have messed up and fixed it willingly and acceptable. Generally fast and polite with good fresh food.

Always consistent and delicious! On my last visit the manager Micheal went above and beyond!

Every time I order delivery from this location, it's cold and gross. The delivery drivers just say " sorry it's late" I'm 1 mile from the store, exactly! Why don't you stop giving your drivers 3-4 orders to deliver. They obviously can't get them delivered fast enough to keep the food hot. Pizza hut and papa John's sub it through doordash when they are overwhelmed, give it a try.
