I loved the waiting area, it had books to read or a game of chess to play. Our waitress was super sweet, friendly, and did an awesome job with refills and checking on us. The presentation of the food was beautiful and delicious. The only thing that was needed was a changing table in the women's bathroom.

I’ve read all the owners responses to the negative reviews based on a TikTok comment I saw. I had a marvelous time reading all of them, but I noticed that quite a bit of people left 1 star reviews without ever dining at the place, so I thought I would do the same to negate at least one of them. If I’m ever in CO, best believe this is the first place I’m coming to. Owner is a hoot and being that I have worked in the restaurant industry myself, I can stand by the fact that the customer is not always right. :D

The service gets the highest rating. The food presentation was very pretty. The rolls were big but basic…lots of crab mix. Fried rice and ramen were mid. Miso for the table was a super nice touch and it was very flavorful. ?

We had excellent service from our waitress, and as someone who has eaten a lot of sushi in a lot of places around the world, I was impressed. Definitely a nice spot for my birthday, would gladly come back next time I'm in town. Was surprised how hot the Russian roulette was, very entertained taking shots back and forth with my brother and seeing him take the hit! ?Edit: even after all this time, they've consistently been well above average at every order. Love what they're doing. They're one of the only places willing to make any roll "riceless" out there. Their ahi tower is amazing. Everything I order is good.Love this place!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free is easy here, and because they do riceless, keto is also easy!

Nice place for what it is but not what we like. A lot of imitation crab plus whatever else and a lot of tempura rolls. Was looking for more raw roll options. We had some nigiri which was pretty good. Fish was fresh. Service to take our order was slow tonight, sat at the bar.

This is my absolute favorite sushi restaurant in Colorado Springs, hands down. The quality and options available are second to none, and they offer freshly-grated wasabi—like, the REAL stuff, not the horseradish knockoff.I’ve come in pretty much only on Friday or Saturday evenings, so they’re usually pretty busy, but the food is absolutely worth the wait and the customer service is fantastic. The cocktails are also strong, which is never a bad thing.Also, the owner responses to the 1-star reviews have me cackling. Working in the service industry ain’t easy, especially these days with the rise of ultra-Karens. Love to see a place that stands up for their team.
