Best Chinese food in Springs by far! My boyfriend and I stumbled upon Dragon Gate by chance after a long hike. We were starving and excited for Chinese food and boy did this place deliver! The food always comes out HOT and FRESH and the staff are always so friendly. It’s quiet and cozy, and although the building is older, I’ve always felt comfortable at the restaurant. If you are looking for a restaurant with delicious food and generous portions at a great price, this is the place for you!

Absolutely loved the food and 70s style ambiance! ...from its Mandarin Beef to Its crackling soup...which actually makes the sound given fried rice! Went to Colorado Springs for the first time to meet up with my grammar school best friend from St. Aloysius school in Newark Nee Jersey of all places! We had not seen each other for 47 years!!!!!!

Update: I decided to give them a try again. So glad I did. I got the sesame chicken lunch special with wonton soup and steamed rice. Everything was yummy and not to salty. There is so much food! They also painted their bldg a pleasant color and the parking lot was clean. I even asked for extra soy sauce and surprisingly there was plenty extra. They are redeemed now in my eyes and tummy!

I tried this restaurant as I was looking for good Chinese. Happy to say i found them. My test is Hot and Sour Soup, and theirs was terrific. Needed a bit more black tree but terrific. Tried egg rolls and Sesame Chicken, great all around. Will sit and dine next time.

The place was quiet. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Service was good. The food was very good with respect to quality and portion size. The prices were very reasonable. Will be going back.

I've only ever been here once but the employees are so nice! Sometimes I get easily tongue-tied. Whenever I was trying to place my order I didn't know how to explain specific things that I wanted but she completely understood what I was talking about. She really took her time with me and the results that were delivered were fantastic! The food was great and wasn't overly greasy or salted! The experience with welcoming, friendly, the food was again fantastic, and the restaurant was super clean. I'll come here again sometime in the future because I absolutely adored it!

This is my favorite Chinese food in the springs. People are nice and the portions are generous for sure. I Enjoyed myself very much there.
The food is always flavorful and delicious. I always get takeout now, but the tea and service is usually decent. It's no frills and easy Chinese.

The food is great, they deliver, if you eat in the building needs work and is a turn off.
