Worse place to go for a deaf person! They kicked multiple Deaf people out for no reason! The head of security being very childish, rude, and ignorant is very uncalled for. It was supposed to be a event there but got kicked out for no reason since i could not hear them! Never to go again because of them!

Too loud and I think it's like this all the time...they charged $5 entry fee Cash only for no reason. For entertainment? No other bar charges to see the bagpipe performance. I would have used that cash to donate to the performances. Super lame...and then it's like they aren't prepared for st. Patrick's day, when they obviously are a popular place. We went in between lunch and dinner times...they were running out if food already and we got a server who literally didn't know anything and could only do one thing at a time.Actually...they were charging $10 cash only, but I never carry cash. Who does? I happened to have $5, and they said "that's fine." Super scammy feeling and unprofessional. And what they really needed to do was a least post on their Facebook page that they were going to do that...

I love the layout of this place. It has a big restaurant space and off to the side a nice old school bar feel. The karaoke is great. We came on a Sunday & Monday. Love the Irish nachos!

I actually really enjoyed the karaoke here , and the dancing was good and out of nowhere the night took a turn when I was literally dancing and got snatched off the dance floor by the bouncers for absolutely reason and pushed over and over to the door with my hands up not resisting but simply asking what I did. It was embarrassing, dehumanizing and outright abuse of power because they knew I wouldn’t fight back . Please never go here unless you want to be abused !

(Before I tell this epic saga, I want to state that I only mean to direct this towards one individual and my experience with said individual.)The situation that got me "86ed" is laughable as I have done wayyy worse and still been a welcomed patron. It's what leads me to believe this was why we were ultimately "86ed" was not that of a logical or rational "Best for Business". My friend and I were sitting at the bar, deep in conversation. Without thinking, I took a drag from my vape pen. Without even a friendly warning, we were approached and immediately kicked out. That's fine, I am aware of the laws but some places enforce it a little different...or at least their staff does. I was cordial and agreed, my friend on the other hand lol did not appreciate the rude and inflammatory way that he escalated the situation. She, unlike myself, was not willing to just walk out and take it, she made a comment on his demeanor and that's when he raised his voice causing a verbal altercation to take place. Now, as a professional in my industry, an industry which requires tact in problem resolution, most of which are with people, I would NEVER use profanities against a customer, nevertheless a woman. Guess this little man did not get the memo. The one thing that he said to her which more than likely caused the banning of us was her telling him that he had a "little-man sydrome". Which, I whole heatedly agree with given the outcome.I would love to know when the head of security gets fired. His demeanor is not that of bouncer, especially the lead. He has clearly never seen Roadhouse...he should maybe go work in an industry where you never have to interact with anyone. Having a napoleon complex and having zero de-escalation skills is not indicative of someone in charge of enforcing rules of an establishment. Makes sense that he got the job, I heard he was the son of the owner.All-in-all though, the karaoke DJs are legit. The bar staff is amazing. Sucks we cant come back as I truly enjoyed karaoke night there. There are plenty of spots every single day my friends and I can venture to though.

I would have five stars for the food but the green chili, although very tasty, had several pieces of pork that were inedible. They either need to use a different cut of pork or render out the fat and/or cook the pork longer. The fries were wonderful.

Unfortunately, this place didn’t make the cut. It was my first time here and I had terrible service. Unwelcoming atmosphere with mediocre, overpriced drinks. Faulty pool tables and passive aggressive staff. Poor experience overall. A friend invited me to join her, and we both left SEVERELY disappointed and disrespected.
