It took an hour to get our food and we were the only people in the place. The pizza may be Neapolitan but you couldn’t pick up a slice without the toppings falling off. The meatball sub was not good but the Caesar salad was tasty.

This place is one of my favs but has dropped a little. Price point is pretty high compared to other pizza of the same quality. Excellent atmosphere and service!

Parking: Can get right at night.

Kid-friendliness: Good for kids but pricey.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

It was much better before they moved. The pizza was still good, just not as good as before.

What happened? We are disappointed.

We used to go to Ducas all the time for a perfect pizza experience, but recently the sauce is no longer a San Marzano and oil sauce and now is a typical Italian spiced pasta kind of sauce. The consistency of the crust doesn't resemble the light airy 00 flour of the past. And the cheese application on the Margherita has gone from the perfect placed pieces to a mass of melted cheese across the top.

This pizza is fine if you want something fast and easy, but is a poor imitation of what used to be served at Ducas locations.

Very very delicious food. The pizza tasted great and I have never had brussel sprouts this delicious. I want to steal their recipe but wow it took me by surprise. The seating is ample and comfy and the server was friendly

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options and they know how to cook and season them

Staff member working on April 30 did not know how to check voicemail for orders. Waited one hour and then went downstairs to restaurant to see what was up. She submitted order at that time however pizza tasted like cleaning chemical from the pan it was made on. Then after I checked out, I was charged twice for a terrible pizza.

Hot food! First time in a long time I've had food served hot! Grilled chicken breast and Ruben were great. Seasoned fries and onion rings were good too! Service was amazing. The bianca pizza with the proteins is amazing!

The FIRST time I visited this dope little pizza shop, the pizza oven was down but I was very interested in pizza so the kitchen tried to make it in a normal oven. I tried the pizza and it was so delightful I came back 3 other times within 2 days ? on every visit Tiffany was the host of the restaurant and the pleasantness of this amazing and kind woman genuinely left an impression. She always made sure I had what I needed and when I mentioned that I wanted a little snack, she had relayed it to the kitchen and THEY MADE IT ON THE SPOT. ? You genuinely cannot ask for a better host and kitchen in times like these. I only stopped by due to my occupancy at the Antlers but I will be sure to drop back in frequently!?? In 3 days I tried 4 different pizzas ? so a ton of vegetarian options☺️

Vegetarian options: 3 separate base pies starting off vegetarian with options to add other toppings

I think for a Thanksgiving buffet the food was great but the old decor in the banquet hall definitely reminded you how old the hotel is.

I have to rank it low because thought I tried to go 3 times it was never open...it's not open for lunch and only like 3 days a week. Information of when they are open is different no matter where you look .. it was very frustrating....when it was open...and I tried to order room service...no one

Duca's is a pretty dependable place to get good pizza. We go there fairly often. The pizza does vary by the experience of the person cooking it but it's better than most in this area. They tend to skimp on the red sauce, so you may have to ask for more than a thin smearing of it.

Service was good, the pizzas were awful. As an Italian, I find it laughable that they call these Neapolitan pizzas.

Great food just needs help with advertising the location.
