Both mine and my husbands sandwiches were made incorrectly (the meats were switched). I understand mistakes happen so I wasn't upset but then halfway through my husband drinking his coffee we realized it was not made with whole milk like we ordered (and was confirmed by the cashier) it was made with oat milk which he is highly allergic to!

Went through the drive-through and ordered a large sweet tea( tasted bitter and a couple of days old), and we ordered the 25 count glaze munchkins and got a 25 count of chocolate and powder donuts and it was like $15 ish dollars for that.

Swung in on Saturday morning to grab doughnuts and was very happy with our experience. Pierre was a wonderful example of how employees should treat guests. He immediately greeted us but let is take our time in choosing items. He was friendly and chatted as he gathered our order. Additionally he took care with our items, including wiping everything off so it wasn’t sticky. Everything looked clean and fresh, and the doughnuts were great once we had a chance to eat them.
The only downside was the construction the city is doing on the roadway around the establishment which obviously isn’t DD’s fault but is a bit of a pain.

I enter at about 1:30pm. I'm talking to my dad for a few minutes before I buy something. Not five minutes later the two girls working inside tell me to "get out and no loitering". The cashier working yells something out the drive thru window as I'm leaving. I go back in to ask what was said. She starts freaking out saying "I FEEL UNSAFE WITH YOU BEING IN HERE RIGHT NOW". In ten minutes I see one car go through the drive thru. I think it was a door dasher who swung around later to park and enter. I was the only person in the lobby besides the door dasher. I get your facility is in the ghetto but you hurt the business that employs you when you Karen out at any potential customers who come in. Their whole parking lot is labeled with "Do not park/Tow warnings". There are several reasons why the store was empty and I believe I listed every reason here. Try "Hurts Donut Company" instead.

Sunday morning, ordered 5 donuts. The young man serving placed two Boston cream donuts in bottom of bag. Both chocolate (melted) covered.
Then placed 3 remaining donuts on top of those two. Created a complete mess of all, not even giving this a thought. Wonderful Gen Z.
Paid over 9.00 for a miserable experience.

Nice, fast, efficient. Glad it was close by to the one I went to before this and actually had staff. Got my sweets and a good experience. Cravings are satisfied!

There were a lot of items on the digital drive-thru sign that were supposedly discontinued. That's the reason for only 4 Stars.

I don’t write a review unless an experience is consistently horrible, and I have unfortunately wasted my money at this location 4 times. Today was the icing on the cake, when I ordered a churro latte with no whip, got a latte with Whip and no sweetener. The worst of it was the iced coffee with almond milk, we were handed an iced vanilla chai, and when we asked for what we ordered she put cream in it, and when we asked for almond milk instead she put almond milk ON TOP of the cream. I don’t know why we keep going back. Even when the order is “correct” it tastes very bad. This isn’t a dunkin issue. We like dunkin. This location needs to re-train everyone.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. One would be very genius. This Dunkin always has rude workers who barely listen to your order. I’ve never had a good experience at this DunkinToday I waited 15 mins in the drive throughI got 2 drinks. One churro latte with NO WHIP and one cinnamon vanilla coffee with almond milk.I got handed a small latte with no churro syrup and whipped cream after asking for NO WHIPthen I got handed an iced chai tea latte when I ordered a coffee.I told her the tea was wrong because I really wanted a coffee. I didn’t mention the whip cream because the girl was already so rude I didn’t want to talk to her more than I had to.She proceeded to make me aMedium iced coffee with cream. I asked if it had almond milk in it since I don’t drink cream as it upsets my stomach. She took the drink back and proceeded to poor a splash of almond milk over the coffee that already has the cream in it. I get hating your job and not loving the food service industry. As someone who works in the food industry I can relate. But the fact that every part of my order was incorrect is completely unacceptable
