The manager told me they didn't have any munchkins at all and couldn't fulfill my online order of 50 bucket. She said they could give me the bucket and regular donuts or a refund. I opted for a refund. She processed the refund without checking the price and it was for 5 dollars less than what I paid. She handed me my food and when I checked I noticed they shorted me a meal item, so I asked to get it. She was annoyed and went and got it. When she came back I pointed out the price discrepancy and she got really defensive and said that she offered me the bucket so that was enough to make up the 5 dollars. I pointed out that she never told me there would be a price difference. She was extremely aggressive and stated that she had offered me stuff but that I had refused. So I said fine I will take 6 more donuts then. She said no and that 3 were the price of 5 so that was all she was willing to give and then slammed the window closed. She came back and said here's your stuff and slammed the window again. We will not be returning to dunking for quite some time.. this was the first time in a while and now it will likely be our last for a while

Rude staff, zero respect! The lady who took the order was so mean. She didnt want to give me one extra straw because I've ordered 2 drinks so I can let my kids share. Therefore only 2 straws.Never come back!

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The lady was very rude and unprofessional, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful, but that was not the case here. I won’t be coming back and cannot recommend this place until the attitude and training of the staff improve.

Lady just told me I can’t have extra matcha because there’s no way to charge for it . This the only Dunkin that ever told me that. She was also rude as hell.

No cream cheese on bagel. Drink had extra concentrate and no sparkling water and maybe 4 ice cubes. Order was bagel with cream cheese and sparkling refresher, extra ice, less concentrate. Took one sip and threw it out. Gave the bagel to the birds.

Went to go grab some breakfast around 10:25 AM, she asked me what I was paying with and I handed her my phone, not thinking to let her know I was paying with Apple Pay. But Sam made the stinkiest when I put my phone and I think she realized cause she awkwardly laughed after I paid. For someone who lives in breathes in the customer service industry, there are 1000 ways to handle that instead of making rude facial expressions. I didn’t mean to upset her by not telling her what I was paying with.

whatever they did recently to “recalibrate the machines” as one of the male managers said…made the coffee taste disgusting. I had this experience about a week or so ago cause I usually get the same order and I like going there because it’s closer to my house. The drink tasted so awful. I Kindly ask them to remake it and they did. The manager told me they fixed the machines to make the ratios right. I hate confrontation and hardly ever ask for anything to be remade. However, I really wanted my coffee. The guy remade it and It tasted the exact same. It was way darker than it usually is and it tasted sour is the easiest way for me to explain it. I just kept the remade drink. I couldn’t do it though it was so bad I ended up pouring it out and going to a different dunkin and paying for a new coffee. I started going to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Hancock instead, and they 9/10 times always make Great coffee. So I’ve been getting a large iced coffee with two butter pecan swirls and one French vanilla swirl and three cream. It usually taste so good. It’s sweet and it’s a nice light color. This morning I was running late for work so I decided to try one last time at the Dunkin closer to me, which is this one and the same thing happened again it was super bitter and sour and disgusting. I could also tell by the color that it wasn’t gonna be good.I took one sip and literally gagged. I’ve never had that gross of a coffee before….. So this time I was actually angry because what the heck are they doing to it to make it so bad now??? it doesn’t matter what I asked for it in it It tastes NASTY. I don’t know if it’s the guy that’s doing it because I’ve seen him be the one to make it both times or what like is he giving me cold brew instead of iced coffee and that’s why it tastes like that??? I’ve never had their cold brew so I don’t know, but it tastes so nasty. like I told them this morning whatever he changed he should change it back. You made the coffee worse not better.
We were never able to get any donuts as the two girls who were working, one with pink hair, never acknowledged the growing line of people inside the store. They were wholly focused on the drive-through. So we went to Dad's overpriced donuts instead...

Our visit to Dunkin’ Donuts was fantastic from start to finish! As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff, which made us feel instantly welcome. They even gave us some great suggestions on what to try, and we’re so glad we listened!
The filled donut minis were fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious—perfect little bites of sweetness. For drinks, we ordered an iced caramel macchiato and an iced hazelnut breve, and both were made to perfection. The flavors were rich, smooth, and just the right balance of sweet and creamy.
Great service, delicious treats, and perfectly crafted drinks—Dunkin’ really hit the mark! We’ll definitely be back for more.
