You always get less items than what you have ordered. It happened twice to me. This store doesnt even deserve a 1 star.

We ordered through the drive thru. Pulled around to wait for the sandwiches. Food was not very flavorful. The sandwich was a mess. The bagel bites were ok, and the bacon were good. The pumpkin spice latte was great. The Boston cream donut was awful. #1 It was placed in the bag upside down. There was hardly any chocolate frosting (not even close to the photo or previously consumed donuts. The donut was dry and had very little chemical tasting Bavarian cream in it. The staff was friendly and had good energy and attitudes.

I have been here a few times, and the manager has always taken our order, and she is the most rudest person I have ever dealt with in fast food restaurant, or in any restaurant period. I work across the street, but I will drive 6 miles out of my way to avoid going to that one again.

I waited 30 min for a hot latte and it was bitter. I paid almost $8. Poor service and quality. They were also out of ingredients for the potion macchiato, the lady at the register didn't even know the flavor. Just overall terrible experience. I don't think I'll even be a returning customer at Dunkin donuts.

This is the closest Dunkin donuts to where I've lived for the last year so I can confidently say that they NEVER have the ingredients for any holiday or special/seasonal drinks/items. Not sure if it's a franchise and the owner just can't be bothered. I have worked at franchise restaurants and know that happens sometimes. Aside from that when you do order drinks 4/5 times they are not good and are watery or bitter or overly sweetened. Just avoid this Dunkin if you're looking for a pick me up cause you'll be disappointed.

This is the worst Dunkin I have been to in my life. The staff have been rude every time that we have been there. When the recent coffee promotion was done, my wife ordered the Dunkalatte and I ordered a regular iced coffee. They canceled her order because they didn’t have it but refused to honor the coupon and just give us a regular coffee instead. We ended up having to pay full price for our visit.
On top of this, all other Dunkin’ Donuts locations have been kind, respectful, and willing to accommodate small requests to change parts of our order. This one has been stubborn and intransigent, and we’ve been there 7-8 times now. No visit has been more pleasant than the last. They’ve all been terrible. Don’t waste your time here.

Absolutely do not recommend! When I walked in no one acknowledged me. I asked if they had more donuts as there were like five left in the case (this was around 11 AM) and I was told very curtly that they did not and did not have time to make any more donuts. I was appalled by the shortness and rudeness. Whoever owns this specific franchise please know the employees you have are hurting your business.

Worst DD location ive been too! I Come every weekend before work, but no more I am DONE! They are always out of donuts when its MORNING, and the donuts they do have are never fresh and have minimal glaze/frosting. My orders are consistently messed up, given wrong items. The staff have always been very kind so not going to knock them, but this location is managed terribly! The interior also is all white and grey, generic and sterile looking, wheres the Pink and Orange?! This morning their Drive Threw system was not working so everyone had to come inside and AGAIN they were out of my top 3 donut choices. Not coming back in fact I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else

I have Covid right now and my son wanted to do something to make me feel better. He's never bought a dozen donuts before, so he started listing the kinds of donuts he knows i would like. He is the sweetest person and never wants to offend anyone. The response he received was the brown haired lady tapped the glass of the case and rudely said, "what you see is what you get". He was trying to do a nice thing and was made to feel stupid. There are better ways to handle that, especially for a kid.
