Had a mobile order go through as I pulled up to the intercom. Was then told to take a lap around the parking lot while they prepared it... With 3 cars in the drive thru already. Did so anyway and they still got the order wrong, dismantled hash browns(posted the remainder below, also cold and stale) and a cup full of ice even though I put less ice. I don't know if this was a fun game for the gal running drive thru but y'all are trifling for this. Terrible attitude, service, food, all the above

Sooo the reviews don’t lie and I see why the stars are so low. The customer service here is so bad. And they alwayssss forget something or get something wrong in my order. I also ordered some donuts and one had a receipt stuck to the icing and the other was put upside down in my bag. Returned it and got new ones but they customer service was not good. Just got some snackin bacon today and it tastes really really gross I had to throw it away. The good part is there coffee and the maple bacon sandwich. That’s pretty much it.

Wow! shut this store down already!!!! This was my favorite Dunkin to get my caffeine fix until this new management took over this summer. They never have the donuts I want and are so slooooow. I drove up this past tuesday, asked why the front was closed and was told by my favorite person that the only other decent girl quit due to the new manager. Not surprised!

I never leave reviews, but this place was awful. It took almost 45 minutes to get through the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. Then I was given the wrong order TWICE, and I still left with the wrong food. I ordered cold foam on my coffee and by the time I got it the foam had all mixed in with the drink. And on top of everything, the employee was rude at the window when I mentioned that she had handed me the wrong food. I am from the east coast and love Dunkin, but I will definitely never come back to this location.

Out of the last 5 reviews here, 4 of them are 1 stars. Either wrap it up or fix the location. 😭💔🥀 They are constantly out of EVERYTHING possible. The employees are rude and don’t want to be there. Their chat support is down. They make things wrong consistently. They forget things until you remind them to give it to you.
Awful experience every single time which sucks because Dunkin is good, just ESPECIALLY not this location.

I went to this Dunkin’ on Interquest Tuesday 8/19 at 2:30 pm, Apparently this dunking donuts is closed. I went to the drive up and no one ever came on. I drove around to the front and sure enough NO ONE there.
In view of the horrible reviews at this Dunkin, they probably shut it down.

Pulled in for walk in service in the morning but the store left their doors locked only serving drive thru guests. I saw at least 4-5 people turned away because of this. Not a good experience
You always get less items than what you have ordered. It happened twice to me. This store doesnt even deserve a 1 star.

We ordered through the drive thru. Pulled around to wait for the sandwiches. Food was not very flavorful. The sandwich was a mess. The bagel bites were ok, and the bacon were good. The pumpkin spice latte was great. The Boston cream donut was awful. #1 It was placed in the bag upside down. There was hardly any chocolate frosting (not even close to the photo or previously consumed donuts. The donut was dry and had very little chemical tasting Bavarian cream in it. The staff was friendly and had good energy and attitudes.

I have been here a few times, and the manager has always taken our order, and she is the most rudest person I have ever dealt with in fast food restaurant, or in any restaurant period. I work across the street, but I will drive 6 miles out of my way to avoid going to that one again.
