I ordered a medium iced cappuccino with 3 butter pecan swirls, and it wasn’t made correctly—it had no foam on top like it should. When I went inside to ask about it, they said they were still working on my order, so I waited. After a while, they told me they thought I had already taken it, even though I was sitting there the whole time. Disorganized service and disappointing experience.

Stood there for 10 minutes before anyone spoke to us to tell us to order on the kiosk because they have no front help. Would not answer how long it would even take just to get donuts because he (the manager) was busy making drinks. Obviously short staffed with poor customer service skills. We were there to get birthday donuts for my son before school and since he couldn't even tell me how long it would take we left and went to the gas station.

The manager was too busy conversing with the employees for 5 minutes before my family was greeted. The girl who finally helped us kept saying "Is that it?" after every thing we ordered and we felt rushed so we didn't even order the other half of the things we wanted. We were going to spend $45+ but only ended up spending $15. Drink was made with no love. No upselling or anything. Horrible service. Pierced and tattooed unprofessional employees. Didn't ask for our loyalty card or anything. Terrible experience and will go elsewhere for our family donut breakfast.

Was the only person in the drive thru line and the lady kept rushing me when I was just asking her to add mocha and whip. And then she gives me my drink with no whip, and I gave it back to her and it looks like she poured out A LOT to add that intense amount of whip….

Went in for a breakfast croissant, ordered and payed for one only for they drive thru woman to tell me they were out and now I'm out the money while waiting for it to go back on my card. Also why not tell me when I ordered clearly has not been trained properly.

05:17am, August 22 Just got off work at Amazon, on my feet for ten hours of course. Didn't feel like waiting for Maverik to finish prepping their hot food so i went here. Placed an order at the drive thru. Lady on the speaker was trying to rush me and gave me some attitude so i just left. 'nevermind your attitude sucks, I'll eat somewhere else.' must've been the way i said "CWOISSANT" If i can work ten hours straight at a mundane job full of inconsiderate jerks that put themselves first and come out with a sense of humor, you can do better lady. I hope they fire you lol. I'm not expecting a laugh, or any reaction for that matter. I'm sure you hear it a lot and it's annoying, but that doesn't mean you have to be rude about it.

I go to this location almost every morning. I’m always greeted to horrible attitudes from two specific ladies. I have no idea of what their names is. One is an older Hispanic lady. She has a horrible attitude. She should not be working, especially if she hates the world, she should quit her job and go work somewhere else. No one wants to deal with getting coffee and being greeted with a horrible attitude. The other lady is a younger Hispanic lady with herpes on her lips, which I feel as though she shouldn’t be around the food. or serving or greeting customers because it’s disgusting and jarring to see she always has a horrible attitude and complains about anything that you ask her to do. You can’t ask her to put whip cream on your drinks without having a huge attitude and backing up the line for a minute. She doesn’t know how to greet the customers multiple people complain about her horrible attitude she deserves to be fired. She doesn’t need to work in customer service.
