I love dunkins. It's the only place I used to get coffee. The dont accept cash over a $20. Just another trash management trying to force the American dollar out of our country. I will no longer get coffee from this place

Should've just stuck with donuts. Hashbrowns were soggy. Frozen coffee, bitter. Breakfast sandwich had more jam than any other ingredient. Service was flat as if every team member just rolled outta bed and was sleepwalking through a routine. And, unfortunately, this experience was just an overpriced disappointment.

They don't train they're staff enough and they didn't make my frozen coffee right. They gave me iced instead. They also can't make the spider doughnuts right. I walked in and it looked like a tic tac toe board. Also they had blue eyes.

I really wished I can give this place 0 stars. Visited here today- lg caramel macchiato. Same and only drink I get from DD. Drink was literally cold milk, super white and no taste of espresso at all- $7.13. I returned to the window to ask if they can add espresso or remake the drink. I was greeted by a very unprofessional young man- wearing no uniform or hat and ready to argue with me.
So many lies he told- He said he will not remake it First he said he usually makes it this way How many shots of espresso?- he didn’t make it he said. what’s his name? He refused to say where is his hat? He used the bathroom and took off Is there a manager? No
He was literally arguing with half of his body out the window.
DD the only reason I stayed humble was because he doesn’t know better. Please train your employees better. He said he’s been with DD 5 years, but he’s making drinks incorrect, no CS, arguing with customers, refusal. Just unacceptable. Do better!!!

Will not go back to this location. Been a few times and this place needs a health inspection. Always water on the floor and the counters are so messy. You can’t miss it when picking up orders in the drive thru. The staff can be rude. Always out of doughnuts. Once was told to come back the next day. Still charged for the doughnuts. I love Dunkin but this location needs help. So recommend driving a little farther to a better location.
Staff always had attitude. They take forever to make your drink & food. Food and drink is always somehow wrong. They’re always out of something like bagels, donuts, munchkins, etc I waited in the drive through line for 40 minutes today. And I couldn’t get out because there was 2 cars behind me. Made my daughter late to school. This place is ridiculous. I always try to come back in hopes they get better staff and practices. But still for 2 years, they’ve been inconsistent.

This is the Dunkin right by my store so I stop here when I’m desperate because this Dunkin sucks. Coffee never tastes right. Cups are half full. Food is burnt or cold. I just don’t get it. I spoke to the managers countless times. It’s always please don’t tell corporate.. & when you do the OWNER NEVER CALLS!!! So after today’s visit I am just done! $8 for a half filled cup? Forget it. I’m sick of being mistreated. I have NO issues getting full cups at 7brews..

Pretty clean and easy to get in and out of at this location. It's usually not very busy inside so you can get in and out in a decent amount of time. The prices of their specialty drinks are a little high in my opinion, but otherwise everything else is relatively okay priced. I would recommend this location.
