This is the worst Dunkin donuts in the springs. I have now gone twice this most recent time. I put an order in saying for it to be ready at 6:15 because I have to take donuts into my office and the building wasn't even open at 6:30. Why on the app does it say that you're open at 6:00? If you're not? The time before I went here I sat here and waited for 30 minutes for a mobile order that I had put in 45 minutes before it was due to pick it up. Do not recommend this one.

I order a dozen assorted doughnuts, a sandwich, and the cookie butter cloud latte. The doughnuts were delicious, soft and fresh, the latte is so good if you have not tried it you have to! I personally was not a fan of the sandwhich specifically the eggs but what else can you expect. All in all service was very quick and super nice.

I went in during a break from work to get donut holes they have to be a week old they are definitely not fresh I ordered at the kiosk and stood there waiting for my food two ladies come in after me and ordered from the lady they started getting served immediately I do not recommend this place when I called to tell them about the donut holes she says there's nothing I can do

Friendly staff, but they need more help. They often run out of popular Donuts before it's even lunchtime. And for over a year now, their parking lot has had car-swallowing potholes that never get fixed. Seriously you could wreck your car in their parking lot.
But on the upside if you enjoy Christmas florals in weird vases in June you'll love it. š

Sitting in the drive thru I placed my order I get to the window and the drive-through person is standing there talking with other coworkers. She may have been talking about my order, but I doubt it, but since they just started laughing, roaring laughter. She wandered around for a couple of minutes before she finally came & took my money. She couldnāt count the change back correctly attempted to short me!! There were three cars in the parking lot and I was the only person in drive-through yet it took 10 minutes plus to get 2 frozen coffees!! The absolute worst part about this whole experience is that it is actually better than the last experience I had where I walked out without purchasing anything because the manager on duty Had zero customer service skills!!

Absolutely horrible experience at Dunkinā today! First of all, the woman taking my order could barely understand meāI had to repeat myself three times just to get my order through. Then when I pull up to the window, I see her loading the cup with more and more ice, even though I specifically said light ice! I point it out to the lady at the window, and instead of fixing it, she lies to my face and says the other girl is just āmaking herself a drink.ā Seriously?! What a jokeābecause that āpersonal drinkā ends up being handed to me! Exactly what I ordered. Then when I ask if she even added the chai and caramel shots I requested, she just slams the window shut in my face. Are you kidding me?! Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Iām furious.

Asked the guy who did our order and he told us the new regional manager who took over right before the holidays is more or less killing the store because they're the reason all the local Dunkin seem perpetually out of donuts as they've apparently demanded the stores to lower their production.

I just came to Dunkin to get my pregnant girl some breakfast and I will not be going back.. they didnāt listen to me at all. I order an ice coffee and ask for two extra sugars and two extra creamsā¦ I got 1 sugar and 1 cream. DISGUSTING coffee. Then I order her drink which had a lot of extras. All I hear is laughing through the speakers so unprofessional. THEN! I ordered two sandwiches and I get two wraps instead .. will not be going back. Better off going to Starbucks.

The service was great and the person that helped us was friendly and easy to talk to. The only reason I'm giving the place low stars is because they're Dunkin Donuts that don't have donuts available š©š
