The service was great and the person that helped us was friendly and easy to talk to. The only reason I'm giving the place low stars is because they're Dunkin Donuts that don't have donuts available 🍩😔

Asked the guy who did our order and he told us the new regional manager who took over right before the holidays is more or less killing the store because they're the reason all the local Dunkin seem perpetually out of donuts as they've apparently demanded the stores to lower their production.

I just came to Dunkin to get my pregnant girl some breakfast and I will not be going back.. they didn’t listen to me at all. I order an ice coffee and ask for two extra sugars and two extra creams… I got 1 sugar and 1 cream. DISGUSTING coffee. Then I order her drink which had a lot of extras. All I hear is laughing through the speakers so unprofessional. THEN! I ordered two sandwiches and I get two wraps instead .. will not be going back. Better off going to Starbucks.

I normally frequent a different coffee shop but decided to download the app and give Dunkin a go. So glad I did! A wonderful employee named Evie helped me with my order and she was awesome! My drink was delicious and I will definitely be going back!

My wife walked into 2 girls cussing, talking crap about how a customer came thru the drive thru 3 minutes before close. Proceeded to get my wife's order wrong. Iced coffee tasted burnt. She had to wait for the guy to come back to give her the correct donut.
First Dunkin I drive too is closed “due to maintenance ” okay, no big deal, I’ll drive to the next one I said..
I just wanted to order some donuts for me and my kids and get some coffee today, that was all. I wasn’t taking that long trying to figure out what I wanted. I asked a single question and the woman that was taking my order at first just stopped talking and seemed to have gotten irritated with me for “taking so long”, I sat there asking “hello? Is there anyone there?” then the next woman that took over made it a point I needed to hurry up. “Is that all?” (Mind you this all happened in less than 5 minutes, give or take, I wasn’t sitting there for 15 minutes with a line behind me { that I would understand, I’ve worked fast food }, I was trying to hurry up and get out of there too, trust me, two angry kids in my back seat, I want to get my coffee and go home..)
I’m already on edge, I didn’t even order what I wanted, I just got my kids something and my wife her drink.
All I wanted was the convenience to get something quick, I shouldn’t have to be rushed in a drive through, the customers don’t care about your times as much as you do. Mind you nobody was behind me up until I actually pulled up to the drive thru window.
They have become very stingy with the chocolate in the chocolate filled donuts. I did have a pumpkin spiced latte that was pretty good, considering I don't like coffee.

This morning I picked up a large order of donuts. The staff person Penny was so pleasant and helpful so early in the morning, which really brightened my morning. She greeted me and was able to assist right away. I especially appreciated that Penny was able to quickly and efficiently help me with making this purchase Tax Exempt, and provide a wide assortment of donuts for my event. I will definitely come back to this location next time we need donuts! Thank you Penny!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so today. My partner and I go to this dunkin ALL the time and it’s always been great. The food and drinks aren’t always consistent, but they do always taste good and come out hot/cold. The service is typically good. Friendly staff. Today however, we had a particularly bad experience and I am disappointed. We waited for several minutes in the drive through just for the car in front of us to get ONE bag handed to them. When we got to the window, the gal at register was rude, and made us feel uncomfortable. She didn’t look at us once while she stuck her arm out the window to hand us food and drinks and had to ask us what other drink we ordered when we didn’t drive away after a moment of silence. The food was cold, but the drinks were good. This gal clearly didn’t care about her job in the slightest and it put a sour taste in my mouth for sure.
