Place sucks they should shut this dumpster fire down. Every time I’ve gone there they forget something in my order absolutely horrible Dunkin’ Donuts the worst by far!

NASTY!! Saturday morning April 19th sent my husband to get some donuts. Huge mistake. Nasty! Yes, I did say the word NASTY again. What a waste of money. Who on earth made these donuts? Ordered cream filled donuts where was the cream? One tiny drop of cream. This is not what I paid for! Really disappointed with my visit!!! The donuts were dry and tasted old, definitely not fresh. And the coffee 🤮 Completely watered down barely any flavor at all it was as if I was drinking water! YES, water! Dunkin’ needs to step it up. I am not paying for this. Tried calling the store to give them a chance to make it right, but it went straight to voicemail no answer, no follow-up. This kind of service is totally unprofessional. If they can’t even pick up the phone, it says a lot about how little they care about customers. Do better, Dunkin’. Then I looked up the corporate number, and I realize the corporate has a 1.6 star rating as well! That right there tells you a lot about Dunkin’ Donuts. Never again! Nasty -

Stopped in to grab some donuts around 3 pm. We were the only people in the store. We could hear people chatting in the back but no one came out to serve us, so we walked out. Walked over to Nothing Bundt Cakes and was greeted immediately and served promptly.

Terrible service and the staff does not read orders. They do not have sufficient food inventory and just whip up anything for customers consistently. I never have an issue with the Nevada location but Dublin staff either serves food burned or not fully prepped. Gotta do better. My coffee tastes like creamer and flavorings. The picture does not show how milky white this coffee is. So disappointed!!!

This is a great Dunkin’! I bought a couple dozen donuts to take into the office. They have great selection, and the staff was super friendly. Great place.

They need to be more aware of sanitation, do not use the same gloves to Serve food, take money and mop the floor
I went into the establishment today and was approached by one of the workers who totally grossed me out, it appeared they were cleaning the floor before coming over to assist me, the same gloves they were cleaning in they came over and put donuts in the box, took my money and never changed their gloves. I was sick. I did tell them about it. I thank God I don't eat their food now I know why.

My birthday coffee tasted like bitter milk. We had to ask for straws and then it was too short, which was extremely annoying. I paid extra to have bacon added on to my avocado toast and they literally cut up HALF a strip of bacon. My husband’s coffee also tasted like straight milk and nothing else. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not stop at the one off of Dublin.
