They never have enough people working here. The lines go out into the street and it takes half an hour to get a coffee

Hit this Dutch Bros up at 6 am as a walk up. The staff was friendly and on the ball. Coffee is excellent.

Posting because I am a little disappointed in the team on magnet day. I ordered online walked up to the window. Was ignored by the window staff ok whatever. I’ve been there before where the outside people take the order. Literally 3 yes 3 employees ignored me. One in a cute pink Dutch shirt and skirt walked in between me and the window and had a giant conversation with a lady. These 3 employees asked her 3 times BEFORE she even got her drinks if she received her magnets. I was absolutely ignored. The lady left and so did all three employees. I continued to stand at the window. Nothing. Finally an employee walked up asked if we’d been helped I said I order online can I get my magnet? She stood at the window and said nothing working on the iPad. A male worker came up and he’s the reason I’m leaving 4 stars and helped me. Was very kind. I’m just asking to be treated like the lady who had an entire conversation and was asked 3 different times if she got her magnets. Oh and the window lady so busy ignoring me helped her too. I am sorry I cannot afford to ball out at Dutch every single day maybe multiple times a day and tip giant amounts of money every single time but that should not matter. I should receive the same service as the other lady. Definitely sad panda on this one.

Luke made my whole afternoon better. He made me a special cup of coffee. Little did he know I was having a lil breakdown from just having stepped into the city’s hugest frickin puddle of water as I was coming from having the worst lunch ever. So I’m telling you, Luke made it all better with his kindness and understanding. I was so sad before coming to this Dutch bros. But now, I’m a happy camper. Dutch bros always makes my worst days less bad. Thanks team!

Great coffee, god awful service though. Waited 29 min in line and only one car had left with their drinks. Employees seem more focused on talking and listening to music than working. One working and 4 standing around. Dutch Bros takes the cake when it comes to slow horrible service. Just go to

In recent years this location has gotten better then it was when I first made my review so I'm glad that they tighten up and are more accurate than they were before. I'd give it 5 stars most definitely.
