I've been coming to this location since 2018 and have always loved the people and atmosphere there hence the 4 star review, But the past 3 times I've had the same brown hair girl and she's very rude and doesn't seem like she cares . My daughter was supposed to get a birthday drink today and the photo posted is her drink. It's a small and it's not even filled all the way . I asked if they could make it fun( like they have every other year with sprinkles and whip and happy birthday on the cup) and she told me there is not a way to do that. So I'm not sure if it's just this one person at this location but I was very disappointed today especially since it was for my daughter.

Just left and I am not pleased. Times are tough and usually we have a really pleasant girl with big glasses, today we came and we had the guy read: banana cream pie breve large light ice banana syrup extra banana soft top: she filled the cup super full w ice, I told the barista light ice she threw the cup and got mad?? There was barely soft top in my cup.. We paid 16$ for 2 drinks. My partner got a candy cherry Red Bull drink light ice large with soda water to fill the gap on top, add blackberry float.: she got the wrong flavored drink no float…She had to ask for the soda and float on top: she got a drink that was wrong and purely the Broista’s fault as the order taker guy read back and was kind. We will not be coming back to this location. HOW RUDE. Mostly disappointed in how the woman barista acted and refuse to make the drinks as ordered. DO BETTER. People will pay but only if you do it right and are welcoming. NEVER AGAIN. I inserted what a candied cherry rebel should look like vs what we got..with no garnish and it didn’t look anything close. Also our points don’t get scanned correctly and activated..

Too long of a wait

Today was my second time at Dutch Bros, and it def won’t be my last! Ricky was so kind and made great conversation while I tried to figure out what I wanted…he ended up getting me the yummiest drink I think I’ve ever had. All I had to say was “something with marshmallow” and he knew exactly what to do. 10/10 customer service on all ends and I’ll definitely be back to this location :))

Sat in line for over 30 minutes I even asked before I ordered if I was going to have to sit behind this large order and wait and they told me no only to hold me hostage in the line for the 20 minutes it took them to make the large order in front of me. So if you'd like to be lied to just to receive your cup of syrup this is the place for you. Thank you for reinvigorating my dislike for this mediocre company.

Best coffee at the best price.

The service was so slow. It took us well over 20 minutes, probably closer to 30 minutes to get our drinks and we pre-ordered through the app.
