I've been coming to this location since 2018 and have always loved the people and atmosphere there hence the 4 star review, But the past 3 times I've had the same brown hair girl and she's very rude and doesn't seem like she cares . My daughter was supposed to get a birthday drink today and the photo posted is her drink. It's a small and it's not even filled all the way . I asked if they could make it fun( like they have every other year with sprinkles...
Today was my second time at Dutch Bros, and it def won’t be my last! Ricky was so kind and made great conversation while I tried to figure out what I wanted…he ended up getting me the yummiest drink I think I’ve ever had. All I had to say was “something with marshmallow” and he knew exactly what to do. 10/10 customer service on all ends and I’ll definitely be back to this location :))
White coffee White Russian is not a latte. It’s White coffee (lightly roasted coffee beans with higher caffeine and a nuttier flavor)

It’s not a latte in the traditional sense—it should taste richer, nuttier, and have that signature white coffee kick. Some DB’d make it right. Some don’t, this one (Platte and Union), didn’t. Still very friendly people tho.
