This specific Dutch Bros is my go-to! Can be busy sometimes but depends on the time tbh. The people working are always so helpful and nice, and the coffee is always amazing!

Dutch Brothers itself is amazing, but the parking lots are the worst

Listen, your coffee is good. But I ordered a small freeze and it rang up to $7.20. Don't we think it's a little bold to then ask me to my face "would you like to leave a tip today"? No ma'am, really, I wouldn't. I don't. It's nothing personal, it's just way more than I ever want to spend on coffee, even bougie coffee and it's an awkward interaction to force on customers, even if they do choose to leave a tip. It's enough to make me consider just going to Starbucks instead. I really hope you consider changing this practice.

Friendly staff with an accurate order. Of course I only get hot coffee with cream. Can't be that difficult. I like the location. It's very hard to get to the one downtown and the one on 21st Street is always so busy.

Dutch Bros is my favorite addiction. I love it. Their staff are amazing and their drinks are heavenly. The perfect way to start every morning.

I love dutch bros, but this one decided to add himself a tip without me okaying it. Not okay. Then the coffee was made poorly. Very sad. I normally love dutch bros

Place is never consistent like ever. You go in the am and order will taste completely different than if you go in afternoon. That is odd. I don't get that when I go to Starbucks my order taste the same no matter the time of day. This place places consistency and honestly customer service. Soon as you acknowledge a mistake its completely defensive and met with rudeness. Just odd vibe here.

First time trying Dutch Bros, I got my free drink since I downloaded the app so that was nice I just wish my order was correct. Ordered a chai tea latte and was given a plain latte. The girl had a very hard time hearing, we kept having to repeat ourselves, not sure why she just wouldn't bring down the volume of the music. Overall okay might try again but at a different location.

Dutch broz always does me right. And they got the brew! Best coffee in the springs!
