on more than one occasion, I’ve been given a medium after asking for a large, but I just shut up & take it. People are pretty great and always kind & interactive! my only gripe.. I ordered a large ?
We came by around 1pm on 2/11, and we have been to this location many times with no complaints. This visit sadly was our worst experience. As we waited very patiently to get up to the window, we had a few very rude glances our way from the employees. When we got to the window and proceeded to order, the employee was rude, condescending, and overall lacking in customer service. The employee had a think mustache, tan carharrt type pants.

Manage the line better. We have been sitting here on one side for 30 minutes while the other side has been going through, without even a 5 minute wait. Going to Scooters next for now on.
