I've had great experiences at this location for years, I've only gotten the wrong drink (maybe) twice, and I've always been greeted with kindness. Love the drinks as well as the people.
Went to grab some Hot Cocoa, and it tasted delicious! Walked on foot to counter as Drive Thru is always busy.
Drinks were great and the service was kind!

Based on other comments that I've read, it appears lack of friendly customer service and wrong drinks are a norm at this location. I've been to all the others in town without issue so I definitely will keep my business at those locations instead. I received major attitude from the barista working the other night after requesting a drink that I read verbatim from the menu. And the best part was hearing she gave me a dirty look as we drove off. Needless to say, I am tired of paying for drinks with an attitude. It is giving me every reason not to go back to this location. Management has some customer service 101 training they need to provide.
Very poor service disrespectful made my coffee wrong several times and want to argue about how I get my coffee telling me to go to a different franchise coffee shop because I add to much extra caramel and they said i'm using too much of their caramel. On the other hand management is very nice and respectful.Just the workers For the garden of the gods location.are rude...
Best coffee I had in Denver.
Love the coffee! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I almost always order through the app which makes it super easy to get my drinks and go.

The employees are a downer just as bad as their drink prep. Flavor is off and apparently they don't know what caramel drizzle is. Not the norm and wouldn't come back again
