Overall, this location is great. Nice people, very friendly. My dog can be crazy but they know him there and don’t freak out if he barks. Drinks are always great. Only downside is the couple times I’ve seen a really long drive through line, I’ve thought “it has to be much faster if I go up to the window” but every single time I’ve tried walking up to the window, it’s taken much longer than 10 minutes. I think I’ve done it 4 different times and the first time was 25 minutes, second time was 20, third time was 25 again and the last time is actually right now. I’m standing at the window and the lady in front of me when I walked up had to wait 35+ minutes for 3 drinks, I’ve so far been standing here in 27 degree weather and it’s been 18 minutes as of now. I order 2 iced drinks.. every other thing about this location is great, I just don’t think it’s worth walking up to the window if you don’t have 30 minutes to spare. Even if the drive through line wraps around the parking lot, I would not recommend walking up to the window. I’m writing this review not to be snarky or hate on this coffee shop.. I am just hoping maybe somebody sees it who is able to change the way it works here. If there’s a yellow car that is last in line, when I walk up to the window, then when the yellow car is leaving the drive through with their drink, I should be getting my drink next at the window.. it doesn’t make sense that the window drink takes so much longer than where I would be if I was in the drive through line..Again, everything else is amazing, but the walk up window is absolutely ridiculous. Any more than 10, possibly 15 minutes and something isn’t right and should be fixed.Edit: it ended up taking 32 minutes, but today they actually know me and apologized for the long wait, which is appreciated. I will continue to come here basically every day for my coffee, I just won’t walk up to the window unless I’m in NO rush and it’s a nice day out..

This morning I went to this specific location. There were 4-5 people working in the stand. When I arrived, there were 8 cars in front of me at 7:48AM. When I got my drinks, it was 8:28AM. 40 minutes. For 2 drinks. That’s absolutely ridiculous! I looked at the time for drinks on the clock in the stand and my drinks took 6 minutes to make. They also sat on the counter behind the girl at the window for 3 minutes as I watched her talk to her coworkers. We frequent this stand and they are consistently slow. It’s not just today. Something needs to change with the workers here. There is no sense of urgency or efficiency.

My GF loves this place, I don't drink coffee. Long lines for overpriced burnt bean water. Everyone is always nice though, and a little too peppy for how early it

Delicious coffee, better than Starbucks and less expensive. I can't wait for one to open in Pueblo!

Dutch is so fucking good. I get an extra thick sweet sunrise rebel with red raspberry drizzle. It makes me so happy, the workers actually eat it up. They make it so fucking good. Sometimes if my drink isn't double blended I bring it back and they do me rightI go to Dutch everyday and I love getting free drinks,The workers brighten my day MOST of the timeThis location is probs the best in the springs too

Crazy dumb waits. If you don’t mind waiting 25 mins when it’s slow.

I've been to this location less than the others but the service is always top notch. There was unexpected construction on my most recent trip and the crew was working with it/around it as best as they could.

The workers are super friendly and our drinks were REALLY tasty. We both ordered medium sizes and we were expecting them to be smaller, so that's always a good surprise to have - getting more for your money ☺️ The only thing that's less than ideal, which seems to be the case at all Dutch Bros locations, is the line. It takes about 10+ mins to get your order... so you've got to plan ahead before you go.Another thing to note is that they do give pup cups! Our dog Mochi loved the pup cup she got (whipped cream and 2 dog biscuits on top).
