Really upset at myself for not getting their names..i have major surgery tomorrow and the amazing ladies working at this location lifted my spirits for sure.. they hooked me up with my drinks and told me to enjoy them cause it's going to be a bit before I get to have anther one. Today is 9/1/25 @ 630 pm so if you were the ones working ty so much.. also your drink idea is my new fav by far.

I was there this morning 8/29/25 at 6:35 and i went through the drive through and paid before the window i get to the window and the girl at the window told me i still owed for my drink but i paid and when i said that i had paid she went and got another worker come to the window and tell me i still needed to pay. i had a confirmation through Apple Pay and i showed it to the second girl and she said “i don’t even know what that Apple Pay thing means” and we went back and forth for almost 10 minutes because i had confirmation that i had paid and wasn’t declined on my end and she made it a bigger problem than it was she gave me my drink after i showed her confirmation that i got my points through the app but she didn’t believe my payment method 🙄

It would be 5 stars if I didn't have to wait 40 min for my coffee, not the workers fault, but there is a line to order outside and 1 brorista, maybe Mr Brew staffs

Slow staff

My neighborhood Dutch. Only downside is you're subject to how the employees are feeling on a day to day basis. Unfortunately they're rude more often than friendly. I nevermind waiting for my drink but its uncomfortable when you feel like an inconvenience while placing an online order. My drink is perfect everytime just wish i didnt have to brace myself for the caddy attitude of teenagers that are more concerned with talking to their friends.

Making fun of my name is wild…. Absolutely disrespectful and to not say sorry and just make an embarrassed face when you turned around and realized I was right there and dipped to the back. Will never spend a penny here again. Girl with straight long hair with ball cap facing forward. I don’t even want to know her name. That’s crazy
