What in the world has happened to Dutch Bros ? We pulled up behind four cars. Someone finally came out to take orders and had no idea what a cappuccino was. We paid and waited what seemed like half an hour before getting to the window. It used to be you could arrive to two lines and twenty cars and be out in minutes all the while enjoying the mini party that was happening under that jamming little roof and parking lot.
