We specifically go to this location because the closer location has made wrong drinks too many times and gone way too slow. This location has always been excellent. They get through the line quickly even while being super friendly and have gotten our drinks correctly every time. The staff are incredibly nice and have small talk at the window. In our case, it normally ends up being about our dog in the back seat.

The drinks are decent but I’m always rushed to order and can never look at a menu
We've been coming to this location since it opened as we live nearby but the last 3-4 months of ordering, as we go maybe twice a month, have been horrible. The service is fine but our actual orders have always been messed up. We get drinks for our whole family and tried again just a few minutes ago and it was messed up once again. I'm not usually one to complain and we have never asked for drinks to be remade. But this morning I'm just done with it. We're unlikely to return to this location or dutch bros at all especially with taking aways most of the menu to implement order ahead. When you ask for a hot drink and get a cold it's fine but it's not what was asked and a few times we just completely got different drinks.
The barista (Max) is the nicest person we've ever met at Dutch Bros! He's so kind and took the time to recommend the perfect drinks for me and my husband. It was amazing and I will definitely be re-ordering in the future. Great drinks and service!!!

We had come by after our anatomy scan at the hospital up the road and the staff was incredibly nice and excited to help us find out the gender of our second baby. We are having another girl! They made our day so incredibly special! Huge thank you to that staff we ❤️ yall!!!

I don’t know why it’s a painstaking experience to go through the drive thru. This always seems to be a 20 minute experience to get a cup of coffee. Make sure you’re not in a rush to get anywhere since it takes forever. Staff is nice and coffee is good, but they need to hire more help so there isn’t a long line around the building.
