Dutch Bros Coffee

We like coming here but the people who take orders need better training during rushes. We waited in line for 20-30 minutes, they took our order at the end of the line (out of car order) by the time we got to the front our drinks were melted. People in front of us never got to order so we had to wait to get our order when we ordered first. Its honestly a mess.

I believe the young man who served me was named Daren? Maybe?

Anyways. This location, being basically in the parking lot of New Life Church, is probably the best located coffee shop I've ever been to lol! There's enough room to drive a 15 person van threw comfortably.

The young man I believe to be Daren, was super kind and fun to talk with.. never once felt rushed or NO PRESSURE TO TIP like you are at STARBUCKS these days.. I DID TIP BECAUSE IT WAS EARNED.. NOT ASKED FOR!

Great crew, Great coffee and drinks!

First time here ; super off putting when the cashier asks us out loud how much for a tip. It’s getting out of hand. The chai latte was very watery . Plenty of other places that don’t do that

I took a wrong turn and ended up in the drive through line and am not a coffee drinker but decided to order a smoothie since I was already there. The mango smoothie was quite nice on the warm day, and it seemed like a go to spot for a lot of other folks, probably all coffee drinkers.

We were waiting to order at the Little station they have at the window and ive been standing there for almost 15 minutes because this young girl had been talking to her friends the entire time. I then had to move into my car and take the drive thru instead

Even though it was pretty late at night (930), it was very busy. The guy who took our order let us know before we ordered that it was going to be a bit because they were very short staffed, only 2 people making drinks, and apologized for the wait. He made sure we were ok with it before we ordered. And was very polite.

I have never been so frustrated with a Dutch Bros. I don't ever go to this location if I'm in a hurry. Sometimes they are on top of things and drinks come out quickly but most often they are casual and take their time. This morning I went, not in a hurry BUT I did kinda want my coffee within a reasonable time being that there were only three cars ahead of me, two people "taking orders" or chatting with customers. At least 4 people making coffees. Not sure why but one employee spent a good 5 minutes chatting with vehicle in front of me while other employee took my order and a couple behind me. When the vehicle in front of me made it to the window they literally just chatted it up for another 10 minutes. Not about drinks or orders just random stuff. She was handed 2 drinks and they still chatted after that then she drove off!! I have never been so frustrated with Dutch Bros.

We love Dutch Bros and this location but they need to get a system down and have people out taking order specially on a Friday night after church when they know it’s gonna be full. We were in line for almost 30 minutes.

They would rather chit chat with their friends in the line for 5 min rather than serving the next customer in line. (The person was given their drinks then they continued to talk for 5 min while I waited in line) I was the only person in line. All my coworkers and friends warned me this was the slowest Dutch Bros and I understand why now. Will not be coming back.

Hello, I recommend this place because I love the coffee there.

Great staff & love they finally have order ahead.

Did a mobile order at 720 am, got in line checked in waited about 10 got to the window and they completed people behind me who ordered on site not in advance. Very disappointed in this location and service rendered.
