Even though it was pretty late at night (930), it was very busy. The guy who took our order let us know before we ordered that it was going to be a bit because they were very short staffed, only 2 people making drinks, and apologized for the wait. He made sure we were ok with it before we ordered. And was very polite.

Man. Little things. I ordered a hazelnut mocha. I got a candy cane though. Soon as they realized they started making another even though I offered to take it cause it was still delicious! But they insisted. Coffee is always amazing but their customer service man... That's why I buy dutch and tip every time!

Olivia, Emily & Taylor (etc) are such an asset to Dutch and they always remember me and my order. Many times they have it ready before I even order it. I run a company and would steal all 3 of these ladies because of their customer service, hard work ethic and overall ability to make a company look spectacular. Dutch is very lucky to have all 3 of these employees.
