Dutch bros is known for great customer service but this one went above and beyond for me! Not only are the drinks always exactly what you want but taste amazing! I accidentally did an online order to the wrong location and when I arrived here I saw my mistake and was willing to be out $20 but they took care of it! They give great drink recommends and the wait is never long. Also they have such a long menu that there is something for everyone! We have already been back since!

The Dutch bros employees at this location are probably the best in Springs! The friendliest staff we have ever come across. We are there everyday and can't say enough great things about them! Thank you for making our day a little brighter!

LIKE WHAT?! That blew my mind!

On top of that, the staff always makes you feel like a friend! They do a wonderful job on the drinks! Couldn’t be happier after I leave!

A drive-thru coffee shop. The coffee is excellent. They have shakes and smoothies as well. I have never ordered food here beyond their lemon poppyseed muffin top, which I highly recommend.

Fantastic service! The lady taking my order helped explain some of the drinks, and she did it very well! Even though there were quite a few cars in front of me each ordering a multitude of drinks per car, the wait time was very reasonable. My favorite dutch to visit by far!

Only because of that parking lot which is not their fault and more about the city's poor design standards and planning. It's really tight!

Slowest location ever. I was the 5th person in line and we waited a total of 35 minutes for 2 drinks. I have read past reviews and it seems like this has been an ongoing issue and they've had time to resolve it.

I love this coffee shop but it is so SLOW! The workers care more about finishing their conversations with coworkers than getting drinks served. The conversations also don’t have anything to do with work! It is frustrating to watch when you’re at the window waiting for drinks. Please, management get involved!
This location is also a two lane with a merge before the window - this location does NOT know how to use it and make it efficient.

No complaints. Good coffee. Great service. The only suggestion I have is that the dutch bros chain should do ice cubes made of coffee like badass coffee down the street from this location, but that is probably not something this location can decide to do. Just putting it out there in the 1 in a billion chance a dutch bros executive both reads reviews and is interested in suggestions.
