I ordered on the app, I thought I ordered an Anihalator freeze, but I accidently hit iced. After making the iced and me looking confused they made me a freeze at no extra charge. Sorry I made the mistake but thank you for being understanding

I have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing woman who is always at the window! Every single time I come through, she’s the most pleasant person—always smiling, upbeat, and making everyone’s day so much better. She truly is a ray of sunshine, and I appreciate the energy and kindness she brings every single time. Dutch Bros, you need to find more people like her because she is an absolute gem!

I ordered a blended Rebel with blue raspberry & watermelon. I got an Icee with blue raspberry and I don't know what, it was terrible

I dont appreciate being asked to tip before I have recieved my item. Ill only pay in cash from now on because of this. I understand the time efficiency. Ive tested it, because I order here often, my drink quality is significantly less quality when I choose a lower tip. Mind you, I tip lower when I literally drive up to the window and take my order. Dutch Bros needs to just pay their employees properly and stop putting it on the customer to supplement through tips, its not my responsibility to decide their pay. A tip is meant to be a gracious extra, not a requirement for good service and quality drink. The tactics that you have taught your employees is unethical and shows true corporate greed, raise the price of your drinks if you need but tipping before the end of your experience is a sneaky tactic preying on your customers kindness and physiology.

Dutch bros is known for great customer service but this one went above and beyond for me! Not only are the drinks always exactly what you want but taste amazing! I accidentally did an online order to the wrong location and when I arrived here I saw my mistake and was willing to be out $20 but they took care of it! They give great drink recommends and the wait is never long. Also they have such a long menu that there is something for everyone! We have already been back since!

The Dutch bros employees at this location are probably the best in Springs! The friendliest staff we have ever come across. We are there everyday and can't say enough great things about them! Thank you for making our day a little brighter!

LIKE WHAT?! That blew my mind!

On top of that, the staff always makes you feel like a friend! They do a wonderful job on the drinks! Couldn’t be happier after I leave!
