Service: A line despite not being very busy. The young lady who greeted us had zero motivation. Someone who was there the week before said she was the same last week. When we asked to sit in the outside patio she just looked us and said she would clean a table for us. She left and then went to take an order from a table. Another waiter (nice guy) helped us get seated. After being seated a nice waitress waited on us. It took about 15min to get our drinks which tasted odd so I returned my Dr. Pepper. Turns out there was something wrong with the drink system and they apologized for it. Other customers were talking about how long it was taking for service.
Food: It took 40 minutes to get our sandwiches. They were supposed to be hot but were warm at best and got cold quickly. The taste was good.
Atmosphere: It was as expected. We sat in their outdoor patio. A fair amount of leaves had blown in throughout the patio. A simple sweep would have made a big difference.
Overall: Everything I mentioned I attribute to leadership/management. A little prep before opening would have caught most of this. I gave it a 3 hoping they were just having a bad day.

My whole family is from the east coast, and this food was AMAZING! 10/10 will be back, the egg benedict was the best I've had and the menu had plenty of great mouth watering options!

I had the best Reuben sandwich that I have had since coming from Chicago! It was mouth watering and I could not stop eating 😊 It was so darn good I forgot to take a picture 😅 Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great deli sandwich joint!

I would show you a picture of my plate, but there was nothing left on it! They made room for my dad in his wheelchair, and helped accommodate his food allergy. Highly recommend the corned beef! Not salty, fatty, or low on portions! The turnovers are the size of my arm, the bagels are made fresh, the matzoh ball soup was superb! We are definitely coming back and worth the 30 min drive over here. If I could go above 5 Stars, I would!

I’ve been coming here for 20 years. I LOVE east coast. Their breakfast is my favorite—amazing French toast!!! Super cheap mimosas. Their sandwiches are great and huge. Like I have to take some of the meat off, you get a lot for your money. This is my favorite brunch spot in CoS
