Eim Thai is my favorite food truck in Gainesville as well as my favorite Thai food in town! Always fresh, delicious and friendly service. The ladies cooking up the food are kind and create flavor packed dishes consistently, I have been enjoying their food for years now and on top of being delish the portion sizes are generous too. A lot of places decline over the years but they only get better, or maybe I just love them more and more lol. Excellent Thai tea too! Thank yooou!
This is the best Thai food I've EVER had. My husband and I follow their schedule like a couple of stalkers! LOL My favorite dish is Thai Basil with chicken. I order it "hot" and it's AMAZING! Keep up the excellent cooking and see you again soon! #thaifood
Our favorite food in town. It is always amazing no matter what you order, although we order the green curry almost every week. Portions are HUGE. So many delicious vegan options. Service is fantastic. Underrated gem of Gainesville. We tell everyone they must try Eim Thai!
