I go to this Einstein’s about 3-4 times a week for breakfast and the bagels and eggs are very good! The service is very good and they are very attentive to the customer needs. They call me by name since I’ve been going there for a long time. Everyone is so friendly! Highly recommend!

Sat in the drive thru for 17 minutes before getting to the window. Paid and then a couple minutes later the cashier told us they didn’t have one of our bagels. No communication was made except about the bagel. When we asked for a refund we were not offered an apology just a “Scan your card for the refund and here is your receipt”.
Another review of an over sauced sandwich that was cold. Location was once good but is going downhill. $10 for a sandwich that looks like McDonalds. Stop asking for tips on the drive through. I tipped for this mess?

We don’t usually come to this Einstein’s because I don’t like the coffee. We tried it out this morning and sat for 25 minutes in the drive through with no option for exit. 25 minutes for drive through bagels and coffee is absolutely unacceptable. Especially for the high price too.
