This places is ridiculous bad.
And counter folks are arrogant
If you get a bagel sandwich they're pretty decent if I would critique them you need to add more cream cheese or more sauce speaking of I got a bagel with just cream cheese and there is virtually no cream cheese on the bagel I was incredibly disappointed by the time I got home there is less than an ounce of cream cheese on that bagel
Order to go. Bagels were over cooked and substitutions made without contacting.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and professional. They had my food out to me in under 5 minutes and the whole facility was very clean.
Great food! Service is decent. Wait time for food is longer than I would like.
The restaurant is not cleaned like it used to be. We are one of the first customers of the day. The floors and seating have food debris as if cleaning is not a priority.

Ordered two sandwiches and a half dozen bagels for pickup. Got home and both were sandwiches were incorrect. The all-nighter was made on a jalepeno bagel and the brisket on a hash brown bagel. When I called to correct the order the worker was unapologetic and said “can’t I just hook you up next time?” I said no, we want what we ordered off of the menu. Had to drive all the way back to get it corrected. Also noticed a tip jar on the counter with a sign that says, please help us not resort to a life of crime.

I stopped in a few days ago and the service was amazing. It was Sean (or Shawn?) that helped me. Although he was busy I didn’t feel rushed through the process. Def going back.

I enjoy frequently visiting this location. Bagels are always delicious and I enjoy the puzzle table while I’m waiting for my to-go order.

The food is pretty good. I do feel that many items are overpriced for what they are, but it’s still a nice place to grab a bagel or a sandwich as the bagels are always good.
