It's not unusual to go into this store now and wait, and wait.

The staff are great and the product is just as good as it was, but it appears as if they are very understaffed. I have recently (the past 6 months) entered the front door, seen how long the line was and just left. Too many times standing that line to hope for it to be different.

I've been a loyal customer of this location for 3+ years. I absolutely love the team there and have been returning because of them. Sean, Jarred, and Taryn are always willing to take a second to ask me about my day even if they're slammed with online orders. Mostly stop by for bagels and iced coffee.
