This place has the best quesabirra tacos for the value I've seen in Colorado Springs, hands down. They give 4 quesabirria tacos for less than $15, and they are VERY good, and aren't small. They come loaded with meat and topped with various vegetables without skimping at all. The consume sauce is plentiful and delicious. The meat is so flavorful, and the consume sauce is just the cherry on top. You will have left over onions and greens to add to every bite. You will be full, and satisfied with this order, and you'll likely even have leftovers.
I also got a fish taco with chips and salsa. The fish was surprisingly grilled and not deep fried, which is a bonus, it was very good and less than 5 bucks. If you want authentic mexican food, specifically the quesabirras for a good value, this is the place to go!

i’m so thankful that i live very close to this food truck. their food is 10/10, customer service is great and their prices are very reasonable! they also have covered seatings w a fan spraying mist for those long, hot summer days. it truly makes dining their enjoyable!

I walked up to the window to order and I said “hello” and the girl (or guy?) just stared at me without saying anything until it got so awkward I walked away. Do people not welcome you to their establishment and ask how they can help you anymore? Or do they just stare at you until you order? I literally had cash in fist and they didn’t ask me if I wanted anything.
