The location is small with not too much room to dine in, but the food was excellent with lots of flavor. The salsas were also absolutely delicious. I was nervous to come here because of the mixed reviews upon its grand opening, but it seems like they’ve worked out the kinks. We ordered the chipotle chicken quesadilla, the street corn bowl, and the half chicken plate and all were very flavorful. Would definitely come again.

Just drove 30 minutes to pick up my order that was all tightly tied, super annoyed I ordered a chips and queso and missing the queso, and missing the dressing for my family salad meal. Super frustrating!! On top of it, the email states to contact them at their phone number with any order issues, after just driving 30 minutes from the south end of the springs, for them not to answer. Called multiple times, and let the phone ring for 6 minutes

They got the food order wrong. Took it back less than 2 minutes after realizing. Instead of finding a solution or just making a new order they wanted to argue. After going back and forth for 5-10 minutes I asked if they could give me back my money or just make it right. They refused to refund the order. They offered to make one of two dishes right when they were both wrong. I didn’t realize my first time going there was going to be the last. If you mess up the order just make it right and don’t make the customer feel like it’s their fault when you acknowledged the order was wrong to begin with.

I had an awesome first visit thanks to Anna. She was patient, friendly, and took the time to explain the whole menu since I had never been there before. She answered every question without rushing me and even recommended some of her favorite items, which helped a lot. Her customer service made the experience easy and welcoming. My experience at the El Pollo Loco Restaurant was fantastic! The Classic Chicken Tostada was a hit, and the bustling atmosphere only added to the excitement. The staff's passion for their EPL flavor was evident, and my food was both fresh and mouth-watering. The service was also excellent. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Wow! I’ve heard about this restaurant and finally had my chance to eat there. It’s actually pretty good. I’m impressed with the price point. Excellent Mexican at an affordable price. The chicken matches its name. It is crazy good! If you’re dating a girl who’s impressed when you take her out to her candlelight dinner at Burger King, yo this would be an excellent upgrade!
