The flautas were good and the toppings were super delicious. The beans were really good. The red salsa was perfect (the one with onion and cilantro). Though, I had ordered Flautas de Pollo not de Res. It said so on the ticket. I was given Flautas de Res. I didn't bother asking for a new plate since I saw the state of the kitchen and didn't want to wait again.
My husband’s “caldo de res” didn’t taste like caldo de res. It tasted like the broth/consume from birria. Needless to say, he only had a couple of bites before not eating anymore.
**The worst part is the guy who was cooking said, in Spanish, that he is sick and his throat hurts. So now he is going to get other people sick.
