If you follow me you probably know Thai is my favorite food, so when offered a chance to try a place I haven't been to yet, I jumped at it.

Clean, and quiet, and nicely decorated I perused the menu while awaiting my dining companions. The regular menu is pretty limited, but its Thai so... really, you don't need a massive menu. They offer both a vegan/vegetarian and gluten free menus as well.

I wanted pad pak with garlic sauce, but either the waitress didn't understand me, or they don't allow for subscriptions because she just repeated back to me it comes with soy sauce. 😐

They brought out a vegan soup with a crab ragoon as an appetizer but I ordered some chicken eggrolls for me instead.

I found the shell of the eggrolls to be overcooked while the insides were cool. Idk what kind of chicken they used, but it was mostly invisible/tasteless. The sweet and sour sauce was too
... 🤔 vinegary? for my taste. I tried a friend's peanut sauce. Not much better.

My pad pak came out looking pretty with nice fresh, crisp vegetables. Unfortunately, they were crisp because they were mostly raw. Personally I don't care for raw vegetables, so that was a negative for me. Nor did I care for the strong soy sauce flavor.

My dining companions all said their meals were good. One said the spice was just right, another asked for hot and said she tasted no spice at all.

Overall, I don't think I would choose to come back here. It just wasn't to my particular taste.

Absolutely delicious, and lots of meatless options for those in our party who wanted that. I loved the chicken satay!

First time at Elephant Thai and it did not disappoint. Very welcoming people with beautiful interior. Service was very good but the food was Excellent. We ordered Pad Thai, Curry with Shrimp and the whole fried fish (the best choice). Lots to choose from so we will be back soon. Plus a full VEGAN menu!

This was my third time eating here but my first time at this location. The food was delicious, as always, and I like the new location. There is more seating and more parking and the staff was super nice and even took time to talk to us, not just hurry us along. I will definitely go back.

Thai Taste and Thai Elephant are the only two thai places in springs I consider worthwhile. Skip Mint and Basil for one of these joints.

The pad thai is second best near me. It leaves the pallet feeling like it needs more oomph.
Spring rolls with sauce are to die for.
