The wait for our drinks was over an hour. Our server said she will be right back to take our order but never did. It was 2 chocolate milks and one water. The other customers that arrived after us gotten there food and left. This was very frustrating because we had to be somewhere in an hour. We consulted another server that our drinks weren’t out and we’ve waited for a long time. Another server came back with the only 2 drinks which were the chocolate milks and he forgot the water. He never came back after that. Overall the service was very poor and there were tons of servers that saw us but didn’t ask us any questions of how our drinks were or if we needed anything. Thought the food would be delicious but didn’t even receive it. Not coming back anytime soon.

I was lucky to be able to eat and drink here while in town for a work event. Paul and Daniel were some of the greatest bartenders I’ve interacted with and their drinks were not only delicious but very affordable. I had a great time talking to them and felt so relaxed while watching the sunset over the mountain. The food was also awesome and I made my way through the steak, chicken sandwich, and chili while here. If you need a good cocktail and great company I highly recommend coming by and hanging out with Paul and Daniel.

Service was fine, but food was delivered cold. I ordered the bison short rib and ate half of it. The leftovers were better because I could heat them up. We waited a long time for the s'mores dessert, expecting it to arrive warm, and it also was cold. One of their ovens must be out, maybe?

Great food! Ask for Jimmy! Great server! Food was really good and cocktails were excellent!

Paul the bartender is the hidden gem. The restaurant is almost as good as an airport Chili’s. Screaming children from the hotel, impossible to hear over guests checking in, and waitstaff are angry, inattentive, or both. The menu has gotten even worse since Hyatt took over. So sad. So much potential.

We went on Mother’s Day for early dinner and the service was friendly but extremely slow. We had a hard time getting anything in a reasonable amount of time or normal attention at the table even though we were the only table in the restaurant at the time. The food was good, the ambiance was very nice, and we had an enjoyable time in spite of the slow service. We would definitely try again. They may have been experiencing an issue we weren’t aware of.

It's not a bad hotel bar, but there are better options nearby. The service was terribly slow and when my food finally did arrive, it was incorrect. They did make things right, which is what they should do. But this is part of a large, upscale resort. I would expect much better quality and service from something like this.

Only getting 2 stars as they offered to comp our whole meal, which was the right call.

Service (by Lucas) was awful even for a 1 star hotel. We aren’t hard to please, but took long time to take our order and said they are short staffed (there were 3 total other tables outside… and maybe 3 other parties inside). Took our order and when he brought it out never gave us any silverware. Also said he forgot the chicken for the salad. Waited another 10 min and nothing so I went in to at least get silverware. He was behind the bar chatting up one of the girl employees. Clearly looked embarrassed. Basically admitted he still never put in the chicken order. Another waiter came by and asked how things were going so we told him …

He came back and apologized on behalf of our waiter, said he comp’d the meal, and gave us some ice cream tokens for our kiddo.

We don’t require all that much, but on a slow day at a higher end resort… pretty weak to not even bring silverware or check on your guests at all…

Oh the $15 salad was garbage also. Looked like a premade salad kit with a few cut up slices of cucumber. That was it.

The whiskey cocktail I got was solid though at least ! (Canyon Cooler).

Your reservation at “Mountain View” is really at Elevations - a sports pub - with a view of the roof. Food was OK, service people were nice but not worth going unless you're already at the resort and want a quick easy meal.

Daniel, the bar tender is incredible. He listened to me about my very specific taste in drinks and made a delightful Paloma for me. He was also very easy to talk to and was funny and friendly. He has this unique talent where he make a the noise like a baby is crying and it sounds so accurate and made us laugh so hard. Also the view of the mountains is gorgeous from the bar.

Food was just ok. Way over priced for what you get. All else was good including the bar drinks. Probably won't go back anytime soon.

Overall good experience, two of our party of four had their steaks overcooked, other than that it was good.
