I don’t consider myself a Foodie or critic, but rather someone who enjoys a good quality meal. Our kids purchased a gift certificate for our anniversary, so we ate here for the first time. The welcome and customer service was excellent from the start. Our server was super attentive and explained all the dishes in great detail. Personally, not used to the small bite servings but each was a nice taste before the next dish arrived. After the five courses, I was pleasantly full and satisfied. Would eat here again for the next special event and see what the courses are since they change frequently. Glad to have this restaurant option in Colorado Springs in the downtown area. Decent parking options also make this an easy choice for your visit.

We had an amazing experience here! My husband is currently going through a GERD flare-up, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The chef personally came out to talk through all of his trigger foods and created a custom tasting menu just for him. I was shocked and SO impressed by that level of care and attention.

Every dish was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere was warm and inviting without being too loud, and we both left feeling so happy (and full!).

It’s rare to find a restaurant that goes above and beyond like this, especially for dietary restrictions, so I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try!

This was hands down one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The tasting menu was so incredible! Things my group normally wouldn't enjoy became new favorites thanks to the incredible thought that the chef put into their flavors. The staff were all so incredible, warm and wonderful, and made us want to come back over and over again just to see them. This is a 100/10 restaurant, and I cannot wait to go back again soon.

Best restaurant in the Springs. Creative tasting menu, great cocktail pairing, fantastic service. Great food without feeling pretentious or stuffy. They pay attention to food allergies and ensure you can alter the tasting to accommodate any dietary restrictions.

My son and new daughter-in-law chose Ephemera for their wedding dinner. Our evening was nothing short of perfect; the food was extraordinary and the service attentive. We had several children in our party and the chefs curated a special menu for them which was a hit. Ephemera is the perfect restaurant for an intimate wedding celebration.

You simply cannot get a meal anywhere else in Colorado Springs like what they’re doing at Ephemera. I highly recommend to anyone. They can easily accommodate any dietary restrictions. Everything is fantastic and they have a great staff.

I made this reservation for my parents for a special dinner and they had Ryan as their server. He was so attentive, personable and the service and food was great. I had called ahead and asked if they could make it an extra special night for them and Ryan did just that :)

My wife and I had our wedding reception here and it was an absolutely perfect experience. There were 18 of us and we rented the private room - Chef Justin made an incredible three-course meal, including a three-course meal for the three kids which was so fun. Jennifer was the event coordinator and also was our server for the event and she is awesome. She was so easy to work with and helped us put together the perfect menu and experience with the chef. Can't recommend enough!

This was the best dinner out I've ever had. It was the perfect place for a date night with my husband. We're both big foodies and each and every course was mind blowing and a few courses left us at a loss for words. Bottom line, absolute worth the splurge.
