What an amazing experience! We came here to celebrate my dad's birthday and they blew our expectations out of the water. We did the 5 course menu and wine pairing, so it's a bit pricey, but so worth it. The flavors and textures they come up with will honestly blow your mind and all of it was paired so well with amazing wine. The chefs and server were absolutely amazing, so kind, and really made a great first experience! We will come here whenever we have family over so they can enjoy it just as much as we did! Thank you all for an amazing celebration!!

This is such a unique place with great personality. I highly recommend it for people visiting Colorado Springs and looking for a nice evening with a splash of fun just outside the fires.

One of the best multi course meals I have ever experienced. Drinks were great, staff was friendly and explained what each dish was. They were able to make my fav drink w/ Crème de violette too. Will be back.

Food was pretty good but nothing mind blowing. We are really big foodies and nothing was drool worthy except the oysters. The staff were all super friendly but tables seated 20-30 minutes after us were served first which was frustrating. For a while it seemed we were forgotten. Be prepared to be here for a minimum of 2 hours if you do the tasting menu.

The tasting menu was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. I'm giving 4 stars because the staff's attire—t-shirts and jeans—didn't align with the upscale, fine-dining experience. Additionally, the wire art installation felt out of place and somewhat distracting, detracting from the overall ambience. That said, it was a great experience overall, and I look forward to returning!

We did the 5 course tasting menu with the wine pairing. The service was impeccable; everyone showed genuine interest in the dishes. The food was creative and beautiful but the flavors of a few of the dishes were missing the cohesiveness of the others. The wine pairings were spot on and delicious and they even served a port I enjoyed (a true first).

Legitimately the best place in town. Food is incredible. Cocktails are so well made. Mocktails are also really thoughtful and not just a soda with lime (they have Three Spirit elixirs!). Cannot understate how good the food is. The oysters here are also great. While pricey, it's worth every dollar. We try to go a few times a year and always do the chef's tasting with wine pairing. They change the tasting menu frequently so it's always a good surprise. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell everyone really enjoys what they do. We typically make a reservation when we go and they always confirm the items we request (e.g. food allergies). It's fine dining without the pomp and circumstance. Can't recommend enough.

We had high hopes for our dinner and were overall, disappointed. Limited wine list with maybe a dozen mediocre reds to choose from across all varietals. Service was good but the Ribeye was just ok. They didn’t have a single menu and I prefer not to bring my phone to the dinner table and hate using it as my menu because it’s hard to see.

Not enough people know about this gem of a restaurant! My husband and I love going for special occasions to treat ourselves to a fancy restaurant! We love trying new dishes and drinks and everything we have had here has been incredible! From the service, to plating of dishes, everything just feels special!

Ephemera elevated what even my years of seasoned culinary adventures could have inspired me to hope for. We came inside (after the first adventure of even being able to find this tucked away gem) and asked them to guide our curious palates. The courses were truly inspired, and may have even been pretentious in another setting, but here they are asking us to cozy up to wild innovation both in food and wine as though you are hanging out with your big brother. How much do they want to thrill you? Simply ask for full tastings from anything on their ever-changing menu that you wish to dapple in with wine pairings (by the splash? The half glass? As you wish), and you shall be whisked off on a magic carpet you never knew was possible. All team members are so far beyond charming that you will undoubtedly lose yourself. Do yourself a favor, and entrust Ephemera with your next evening of innovation in the kitchen and at the bar. It's an exquisite experience in every way.
