Most items on the menu were not available.... put the Sharpie down and order new menus and update your website. The burger was better than I expected.

Got take out. The wings were very bland, not seasoned at all. Super soggy the fat was not crispy at all. Definitely not worth the money.

Was a huge hit for our stay at the academy!!!!

Great place to dine and chill. No tourists and the food was top quality cuisine

Service was decent but we got the Jack Daniel’s BBQ burger with fries and it was NOT good. Burger was some frozen meat products and fries were undercooked. Ice cream wasn’t good either.

Was told that it would be a 45 minute wait for food, we were okay with that and went and sat in the bar. They brought us menus and utensils and then that was the end of our service. No one acknowleged us after that. They walked by us several times but that was it. After a 40 minute wait, no drinks, no water, no food we left, and ordered out. Having it delivered took less time. If you’re staying here, go elsewhere for dinner. Customer service at this restaurant sucks

Arrived and was told it would take 40-45 minutes for any food we ordered to be served but we could still get drinks. After over 35 minutes of waiting after being seated without even being acknowledged we decided to order out. If you are staying at The Academy go anywhere else in Colorado Springs for dinner!

When we sat down to order we were surprised by a lack of options in comparison to menu advertised in lobby and online ( all three were different) Kind of a let down, but we were already seated so we ordered. I got the chicken ciabatta sandwich and fries. Unfortunately it tasted like someone was afraid of spices and didn't know what ciabatta ment. Felt like we were paying more for atmosphere. Waiter was nice then took off. Food was ra, addressed with the presumably manager. Gentleman had an attitude about the food and only offered some pork chop meal. Pork chop meal came out with sauce that tasted like shrimp cocktail dipping.

This is a great eatery inside a great hotel! It’s nice to enjoy food and drinks while you can watch your kids swim!

Long time wait my order and the experience is very bad because the prices is other, the restaurant put extra charger price. I don't recomend this restaurant is very bad in all services
