We were in Colorado Springs for vacation. Stayed at the hotel and though we would try this place. We got Pizza with pepperoni and sausage, nachos and wings. The pizza was cold, the sauce tasted like it was from a can and the dough was not any better. The wings were just ok and the nachos followed suit. Went to ask to get it taken off the bill, was ignored as multiple people kept getting served at the bar. Even a customer next to me told the bartender to help me as I have been waiting. I finally get helped and was given a free drink and was promised they would take it off my bill. I asked if they needed my card for the refund, she asked for the last 4 of my card number and then she said "ok, I will void it when we settle the tickets at the end of the night". She didn't write anything down, mind you, it was busy, figured she would forget. As expected, I got charged the full amount and will now have to call to request another refund. They served the breakfast buffet in the morning that is included with the hotel stay. The breakfast was not anything that stood out, the biscuits were cold and dry. The cook didn't even know how to make an over medium egg. it was over cooked. He was using gloves, but he was also on his cell phone and still handling the food. Definitely not going back there.

It was nice not to have to leave the hotel for dinner. Drink menu was generous and fairly priced for beer and wine. Food menu is limited but adequate. Our server, Renee (?) was attentive, accommodating and personable. Salad bar was limited but fresh and tasty. Salmon was yummy.

We had multiple breakfasts and dinners while staying at the hotel where this restaurant is located. Restaurant staff is genuinely welcoming and treat the customers well. Very friendly. Breakfast is a buffet with above average choices for hotels in this price range. Breakfast is included for guests of the hotel. Servers keep the buffet clean and well stocked. For dinner, the servers were very friendly. Guests get a discount ticket for use at dinner. Overall it was a good dining experience.

If you ever sit at the bar the bartenders are amazing and are very entertaining and are able to hold a conversation that is not just a dull conversation. They actually care about their customers. Will definitely be returning.Kid-friendliness: Within posted hours it is extremely kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There is two wheelchair ramps to the dining area that I could view.

I don't usually do reviews but I have to for this place. The serving staff is BEYOND amazing. We had the breakfast buffet all three days and the food was awesome with a custom omelet station and great ingredients, and trays of warm foods - scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, biscuits and gravy, and french toast. I, myself, didn't eat dinner there but family members did and love it! I can tell you the pizza looked divine!! We also hung out at the restaurant/bar in the evening. Awesome place, great atmosphere and a lot of fun!!! The best thing, though, is the serving staff. There was not one negative, in any way, experience with the staff. They are warm and friendly and extremely helpful! I feel like they're my friends now. I honestly can't wait to go back and see them again. 1000000% recommend the hotel and Falcon's Bar & Grill.

We loved the whole experience at the Academy Hotel. Every breakfast buffet and dinner was excellent and the staff was wonderful. We thank everyone for being so kind and friendly. We will definitely stay at the Academy every time we are in Colorado Springs. It is a beautiful hotel and it was very relaxing to enjoy time in the lobby with the fireplace, music and the whole lovely atmosphere. We cannot wait to return for another visit. EXCELLENT!!!!!
The appetizers and drinks were good. The waitress Tammy was fantastic. We enjoyed playing pool at the bar.

This is a simple down to earth Bar and Grill. I have eaten here numerous times. I usually arrive later in the evening and I typically order a hamburger, fries, and a cold beer. I have eaten a number of other entries from their menu and never was disappointed.

This was our relax spot after exploring Colorado. We ordered the same thing every night, honestly... because it was so good the first night. We even came here after trying the airplane restaurant because the food suck so we came and got some wings and a burger. The drinks was on point, Gage was awesome! No complaints just a chill spot.
