On August 31st at about 6 p. M. I was here to buy a couple things. The girls that were on shift all they did was talk to each other and had no customer service. there's a line of people and all they're doing is talking about the floor mat have any of the floor mat have a k moving the fan Etc
Went into this store earlier today, with my mother, and 8 yr old daughter. The 3 girls that were working there, did not greet any customers that came in or to check out, but were only talking to each other. One was counting a register and using all sorts of foul language. There were several young children present, not just mine. Really uncalled for and rude. One was complaining that she wasn't even supposed to be there working, and thats why she was on her phone. They never answer the phone and if they do, they just pick up and hang up. Everytime I have asked if they carried an item or where its located I feel like it's an inconvience to them to answer even though all they are doing is standing around. One lady told me she didn't know where the plungers were because she was new but when I asked another employee if they had different ones she asked why I didn't look in a specific location. Extremely rude and lazy employees.
